The room was a basic room but good. The reception was helpful and got us a taxi when we had to leave. It is 10min walk from the center which is nice. They also have a pool.

The 'Superior' Double room was smaller than Harry Potter's cupboard under the stairs and there was absolutely no wardrobe or closet as advertised. The decking around the pool was a death trap, and the air conditioning didn't work in the rooms so not only was it outrageously cramped, but it was also a sweat box! Oh this was meant to be the bits we liked... In that case the weather was nice, but not sure how much the hotel had to do with that

Our rooms were clean, the beds sufficiently comfortable, communication polite and thanks to deepL easy, breakfast was good, too. The location is excellent for reaching both the centro storico and Mazzaro beach/Isola Bella. We only stayed for one night and we would consider the hotel to be a good choice for a stay for 1 to 3 nights. We did not travel in the high season and were therefore lucky enough to be able to reserve 2 parking spaces in their inner yard, which was very convenient on our trip throughout Sicily.

Perhaps one of the nicest Hotels we have stayed in. The staff were all absolutely lovely. The views from our bedroom, breakfast area and the swimming pool terrace were stunning. Breakfast was 10/10 every day - tastiest food we've eaten in a hotel. Location was 10/10 if you want to be beachside - if you want to be in the main town you will need to get the gondala up to the top which only takes 4 minutes.

The breakfast was more than decent, above our expectations compare to the disappointing old fashion, never renovated hotel. Except the standard scrambbled eggs, cheeses,charcuteries, fresh fruit ets, serves also a variety of fresh italian pastries and a very delicious american coffee, served to an open terrace viewing Taormina sea gulf. The area around the swimming pool is fantstic surrended by green nature and offers astonishing views to Taormina's scenery

Modern , clean,two minutes from train station and bus stop outside door to get to centre and towns. Hosts extremely accommodating and helped us with directions, trips and even gave us breakfast at 6.20am!! Restaurants and bars a short walk away and small beach. Terrace at top of hotel where you could sit and soak up the views and sun.

The Soleado is a family-run hotel with swimming pool, set in a residential area of Taormina 300 metres from the Arco dei Cappuccini archway.

the hotel stays at a walking distance of downtown taormina, which is nice. room is clean and has a good size; plus, it comes with a balcony. staff is amazing. very kind and helpful. breakfast is very good.
