Excellent value for money and excellent service from all the staff. The room was more than acceptable, everything very clean and well cared for, the breakfast was perfect with good quality products and quantity. The most valuable thing is the attention and kindness of the owner and the rest of the team.

Everything was as in description. The rooms are cosy, clean and warm. The breakfast was delicios, home made sweats, cakes, very good coffiee. The best of all is a host Giovanni, who will help you with everything, try the best to make you feel special. He is really gentile, real Calabresse 👍. We were wiyh bikes, and he organizate everything for park our bikes in a safe place, so we were calm. If you stay in Riminni, definitly choose Apis

Location is great, very close to the beach. It is also very easy to access to hotel from outside of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom is clean.
The staff was helpful with our requests, they even helped us book a dinner reservation when I could not reach the restaurant.
