Super nice lady from reception, she gave us many tips and she even moved her car so I could park motorcycle on best place.
We were late but there was not problem with moving check in to 18.30.
Room is not large, but there is everything we needed, including efficient air-conditioning.
Not far from Venice (30 mins), sweet pastery shop across the street and pizza restaurant few meters away.

Dolo is a few miles outside Venice, we stopped off for en evening before meeting up with friends in Venice. We walked around the town and then had an exceptional meal at Galleria 24 - which served modern Italian food.
All went well at Ducale hotel. They did not have a restaurant at present, but there are many places to eat in the village
of Dolo 2km away. Even on Sunday, we found a very nice restaurant in the afternoon.
The hotel itself is an old mansion and still has the flavor of the past. The owners are working to update various
items, but the rooms are clean, well serviced, bathrooms are in good condition. The staff is very good.
And yes the TV works. The breakfast is very good. Free parking also. No street noise either.
Nice city, easy to get to in any direction. For a family with a car, a very good hotel, very tasty coffee, a beautiful view from the window, from all sides. Quiet at night.
Pet friendly!!!!!!! The room has everything, excellent kitchen, bathroom. The bedroom is small, but you can take 2 bedrooms, then it will be like a full apartment. There are 2 large rooms for 2 bedrooms each. I liked the price, quality, attitude. Everything is great! Thank you so much, it was a wonderful stay!
Great albergo in the center of a small village. Amazing view from the window to the river, bridge and the central square, lots of restaurants and bars in two steps, but it was not noisy even on Saturday evening. Gracious owner who wait for our late arrival and provided everything we needed. The hotel provides generous breakfast buffet, fruits are great (never expected strawberry, melon and lots of other fruits in February!) Parking is free in the backyard of the hotel.
We liked the place very much. The room was big, nice and clean. The pension is situated exactly between Padua and Venice. A bus station is around 200 m from the house. The bus line 53 will bring you either to Padua or Venice. Or you can easily drive with your own car - what we have done. The owner is a very nice, friendly and relaxed guy. He speaks quite well enough English. We are recommending the pension with no reservations and was very happy to have found it.
Beautiful villa, hundreds of years old with unique atmosphere. Very nice hosts - we arrived early due to a very early flight and they greeted us with tea and coffee and prepared our room way before the standard check in time. Very clean and comfy rooms. Nice breakfast. Bus to Venice is 10 minutes walk away and gets you right in the heart of Venice.
Very kind owner, ready to help in everything. We got welcome gift which was very toughtful, made us feel more home. THe appartment is in great location (very close to a bus stop to Venice). Clean and well equipped appartment. We were especially grateful for the air conditioners in the big heat. We can recommend the appartment to everyone.
excellent hospitality. very clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety as well as salty options. Our hosts made a big effort to make our stay comfortable. The location by the Brenta canal was good and we were able to visit Venice and Padua from there. I saw it is very popular with bikers.
A nice experience in Dolo, which is a bit outside of both Venice and Mestre. We were staying as part of a trip to the Garda lakes, so we did not see Venice. Dolo was a quick bike trip away, and the trees and lawn around the property was perfect for enjoying an afternoon coffee.
