Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had to check out a day early and she refunded me the unused day even though I was technically on the hook to pay it anyway. The staff also did a load of laundry for me (folded and everything) and they waived the charge just because! So nice of them. Also, the free breakfast was wonderful. I would willingly pay 20€ for that breakfast! Definitely would return here.JJohnUnited States

Our room had an amazing view over the mountains. The personnel is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is absolutely lovely with a great variety.
