Everything except the shower, where I slipped on the floor right at the b beginning of turning the water on, without having used any soap at all. Luckily I did not hurt myself. The staff did supply me with a shower mat, on request, but I chose not to use the shower after my earlier experience.

All great, room was good, bathroomwas small with sink in actual room, which I found strange, but worked for us :) breakfast was good, location very good for exploring Vicenza, 5-10 min walk to train station. Great pizza just next to the hotel.
