Breakfast was a choice of whatever you fancied nothing was a problem. The staff were so friendly they couldn’t do enough to make our stay so enjoyable, thank you.

Fantastic location in the middle of nature - "in the middle of nowhere". The house is hidden behind massive wooden doors. Silence among the greenery, which allows you to relax after a day of sightseeing. We ate tasty breakfasts in the Masonic hall (a very interesting collection). The owner Giovanni is very polite and friendly. He was there to help at any time. We are very grateful to him for the time he devoted to us in the morning, taking us to the station in Sala Al Barro, and in the evening, when he picked us up. We haven't encountered anything like this before. Guest care at the highest level. The road leading to the estate is a big challenge. This must be overcome with respect. It's a pity that local governments are in no hurry to help keep it in good condition.

Location is very quiet and peaceful. It's very green and has a very nice yard. Perfect as a base camp for sightseeing of Lake Como, Milan, Bergamo or trekking around the surrounding mountains. It is equipped with all necessary amenities even for a longer stay.

A very very beautiful hotel with a million dollar view on the lake. Huge terraces with big stone vases and sunbeds. Very helpful and polite staff. The restaurant has a Michelin star, is one of the best I have ever visited and not expensive. Just 4 km from Lecco, they are building a new road for those who want to walk there on foot.
