Nice, clean hotel with great coffee and biscuits a discretion. Excellent location with bars and shops close by. Large parking space available. The shuttle bus to the historic piazza and churches is also very close. The hotel is located in Gangi, a beautiful, idyllic hilltop town in the heart of Sicily.
I can fully recommend this hotel in this area together with the beautiful charming country house hotel Casalvecchio Geraci Siculo

Toto and Angela were the most lovely people. They did everything to make our stay comfortable.
We would definitely recommend to eat at their place. Toto is a wonderful cook and Angela would just bring more and more food. We let us surprise every time. Absolutely fantastic. We can definitely recommend the homemade limoncello afterwards.
One time we told them we liked the funghi a lot. The next day they went out to get a variety of funghi. That evening Toto made alle dishes with different types of funghi.
The agriturismo is located on a hill with beautiful view. It was very quiet. In the morning you hear so many different birds. In the night we saw a lot of stars. Just a great stay if you like nature and quietness.

Beautifully restructured building. Someone else commented in their reviews that the photographs don't do the place justice, and they are correct. The structure is very new, impeccably clean and very quiet! The staff were accommodating and very helpful without being overbearing. The rooms were spacious and the amenities well thought out. Breakfast was plentiful for such a small structure - I would definitely stay here again.

Gangi won the award for best village in Italy 7 years running. It is very historical and located 1000 metres high near the Madonie mountains with outstanding scenery. Best to park at the top of the village where the tourist trail around the village starts

Gangi is a very well-kept borgo on the way to the Parco di Madonie...it is amazingly built up on a hill with the Duomo showing from kilometres away being on the highest point of the hill. The Borgo can also be seen from the road, cut off imposingly surrounded by luscious greenery and lovely scenery.
Restaurants and cafeterias are in abundance. We had a lovely dinner at the newly renovated "Baglio Tramontana" in Via Castello - highly recommended for service and food. The view from its terrace is breathtaking, if one happens to be there at sunset.
Walking around Gangi means one has to master quite a number of uphills and then downroads in order to reach the main road Via Marone (where our pensione was) and Via Nazionale, leading to other major roads.

Well worth the visit.
Well worth the visit. An afternoon exploring the old town is enough. The generosity of people we met on the street was exceptional - even being given a ride to find food on a Sunday which we were finding difficult was remarkable.
Salvatore and Angela are wonderful hosts, provided us with a map of Gangi, and suggested places to visit. They were extremely helpful in arranging print of next days flight boarding passes, and arranged a lovely evening meal. Much of the food came from their farm. Afterwards we had a long chat together and were offered Grappa and our favourite drink Amaro. Their love for this beautiful region is very obvious. This was the nicest stay of our tour of Sicily and we would love to return. Highly recommend
The hosts have renovated a traditional country estate house, which is a wonderful way of preserving regional history and culture. It's a short drive into Gangi, and the property has a direct view of one side of the town and is set in its surrounding fields. Their restaurant wasn't open, but Nina provided us delicious dinners as well as typical Sicilian breakfast, and Aldo went out of his way to make us feel like visiting family. I won't ever forget them.
Anna met us outside of Gangi. Had a place to park our car for our stay. Walked us to the hotel (doubt we would have easily found it otherwise! Best description, quirky, but once used to it we liked it a lot!! Grace (Maria) served us breakfast. She was delightful. Talked with her a bunch while we ate. Had a possible car problem so she walked with us to our vehicle and was prepared to help us if it did not start (our car had a rather weak battery)
Big room for 2 people. We had a room overlooking the scenic red-tile roof tops of Gangi and the surrounding countryside. Quiet. Clean. Nice modern bathroom. Comfy bed. Location is within 50 yards of the historic walking tour route of the city. The building is located among the historic stacks of beautiful old buildings of this hilltop town. Hostess directed us to free nearby street parking. Restaurants within walking distance.
Going round Sicily on our bikes, and knowing too well the way Gangi was located (uphill, borgo style), we were looking for a location just on the outskirts of the Borgo. In fact the pensione is just on the main road, marking the entrance to the Borgo. The Pensione has a room on each of its 3 floors and each room is very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the road, and each room includes a spacious bathroom ensuite.
Lovely historical house at the heart of Gangi. Amazing views from both sides of the room - into the city and into the nature. You can breath in the authentic historic feel in every detail, even the tiles. The owners were very kind to pick me up from the bus stop (which is at the base of the mountain Gangi is built in). They were also very helpful in general and arranged for a free breakfast as well.
The hosts were fantastic! So helpful and friendly. The property was very comfortable and served a tasty breakfast. Short 10 minute drive to Gangi. Gangi is a beautiful town to explore with easy car access and good parking. Highly recommend visiting Gangi and staying at Agriturismo San Pietro
the house is so big and beautifully quiet located. friendly host who reacted accurately and gave us the most delicious pastries from Gangi. The road to the house has been asphalted now, which makes it easily reachable. swimming pool is beautiful and very clean, just like the whole house.
Perfect view (sunrise behind Etna). Comfortable and super clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Nice and helpful hosts. Parking free. Romantic town of Gangi is definitely worth seeing! (and trying the thousands of staircases🤪)
This was a magical place in the mountains near Gangi. We were truly welcomed like family. The setting in the country was very peaceful. The dinner was the best meal of our two week trip. Everything was very comfortable.
anna he owner met us in the carpark to make sure no issue finding A Muri then booked dinner for us.
franca sorted breakfast and had a wonderful chat with us about Gangi
can't imagine a better room in Gangi
Lovely room with large shower and exposed stone walls. Very well kept property. Rooftop terrace with sweeping views. Gangi is a quiet, beautiful old hill town.
This is a family run, rustic farmhouse. Aldo takes great care of this property. A gracious host! The view of Gangi from the outdoor patio is beautiful!
