We came to celebrate a birthday and visit Loreto. The hotel gave us a gift and a room upgrade. We got a lovely clean room with a huge balcony. The room had bathrobes, slippers, and excellent cosmetics. Absolutely everything is provided. A toy, treat and hygiene items were provided for our dog. It's very nice that the hotel is dog friendly. The staff was very friendly! We arrived by car, gave the keys and an employee parked our car. In the evening we had dinner at the Genevra restaurant. it was truly an exquisite and unforgettable dinner.
