Gorizia is an undiscovered gem. It has history, shopping, restaurants and a great location adjacent to the Collio Goriziano wine region, with numerous producers of excellent wines. Gianfranco and Annamaria are wonderful hosts: friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived after a long drive and they welcomed us with some appreciated refreshments. The suite was large, comfortable, well-furnished and quiet. It has all the necessary amenities one needs. The location is just a few minutes' drive from Gorizia in the countryside, so the air is fresh and clean. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this little jewel of a city.
