Wonderful property, wonderful people and accommodations.
Wonderful property, wonderful people and accommodations. The only criticism I have is if you plan on having dinner at the hotel inquire about the price as we were quite surprised by what was charged for dinner, a very, very pricey.

Beautiful countryside, easy to get around.
Beautiful countryside, easy to get around. Lots of little places to discover in the area and beautiful buildings, wineries, restaurants etc. All excellent quality and not outrageously priced. Perfect place to stop between Florence and Rome.

This is a small yet charming Tuscan town.
This is a small yet charming Tuscan town. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning. We enjoyed using Greve as our homebase for a few days as we explored this area of Tuscany. It is well situated to visit Siena and San Gimignano for a day trip. There are several lovely All-Trails hikes in the area as well as local wineries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Restaurants were all good, and wine delicious and inexpensive. You definitely need a car; there are free parking spots as well as paid (6 Euro/24 hrs).

The biggest town in the area with restaurants, a supermarket, local shops and weekly market. The tourist office were very helpful. lots of wineries to visit locally and, of course, the beautiful countryside. We, also, went into Florence and Pisa on day trips.

Greve is a great small town and the people are fantastic!!
Greve is a great small town and the people are fantastic!! so many fabulous restaurants to eat at and shop and the perfect location to visit a thousand wineries!! the landscape is gorgeous and it is so easy to get around, you definitely need a car but everything is so close to get to and you can still do great day trips to farther towns! We have been visiting Greve for over 15 years and it is always our home base for our first week in Italy every year!!

There was nothing not to like about Podere Campriano. A beautiful Tuscan property on the outskirts of Greve run by a lovely family. Rooms were nicely sized with a view of the countryside, a complimentary Chianti Classico on overall, option for a 10 euro breakfast, 3 gorgeous dogs to greet us whenever we returned from a day out, a pool with a view of Montefioralle and surrounding Chianti hills. It was our favourite accommodation experience of our trip through Italy.
We loved our stay at La Magnolia. Beautiful rooms, all tidy and clean. Breakfast that was provided by Anna each morning was delicious! (We have not had a better breakfast in Italy). Location was perfect. Close to town and many opportunities to visit wineries close by. Would recommend renting a car as they also provide you space fo parking. Greve is such a beautiful location and I would highly recommend La Magnolia to anyone. My partner and I loved it!
What a place!!! La Veronica is nestled in the heart of the chianti region, the rolling hills surrounding the property are breathtaking!! We had one of the cheaper rooms but it was still more than adequate, a great sized bedroom and larger than usual bathroom all finished very nicely and well equipped. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We also had food there one evening which was some of the best we had in Italy! Thanks Roberta!!
Beautiful property. Remote, peaceful location. Valentina, the innkeeper, is a workhorse. The breakfast is over the top. Valentina recommended a cooking class with Elena that was an A+ experience at a nearby farm. Take our advice- do it!
The olive trees and plantings are beautiful. The two boys that live on the property are a joy for the brief time we interacted with them. They have a farm feel with egg laying hens and pollinating bees.
Beautiful building with nice common living and breakfast/dining rooms. Our room was clean, spacious and cool (there is airconditioning, but we did not need it with ~30 degrees weather at the end of June). The beds were comfortable, breakfast was the best I ever had at a hotel/B&B. The pool was clean and had an amazing view, as did the terrace where breakfast was served. Host Anna is very warm, friendly and completely fluent in English. 10/10
Perfect location very close to Greve In Chianti. Countryside calm atmosphere - the hotel is part of a farm with olive trees vinyards and farm animals. Very, very clean.
The staff is very kind and helpful, always offering help and suggestions.
Good breakfast. Nice pool - quiet, well maintained, with great view.
Available laundry facility was great to have and easy to use.
It was nice to have a kitchen in our apartment.
Amazing property with great view of valley. Rooms were clean and tidy. Got a good tour of property (vineyards and cellar). Wine tasting experience was exceptional and we were provided with every little detail of all kind of wines. Our host helped us with the reservation at a nearby restaurant which turned out to be another good experience. Breakfast spread was good and cook tried his best to cater to our needs.
Our stay at Savignola was spectacular! We were blown away by the beautiful scenery and grounds, the kindness and expertise of the hosts and staff, the incredible wine, the top-notch accommodations, and the list goes on. It was a magical place and made for one of the best vacations. We hope to return and bring the rest of our family because everybody should get to experience the wonders of Savignola.
it was a comfortable and lovely stone building typical of the area., nicely decorated and cozy inside. It’s has a very nice outdoors area in which to relax surrounded by a vineyard and lovely nature. unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool as it was not the season for it. also there’s a lovely driveway leading to the house lined by cypress trees characteristic of Tuscany.
Property is set in a vineyard and offers great views across into Greve and Tuscany from the property. The apartment itself has an old fashioned farmhouse feel to it and offers a fully equipped kitchen which we made great use of to make the most of the fine Italian produce. The bedroom was comfortable and has shutters.
We arrived lste due to getting lost and the Donna was extremely helpful in showing us everything we needed. The apartment is perfectly set up with all kitchen needs, linen and towels. The setting is beautiful looking out onto the Tuscany countryside and as we had a car transport to Florence by car and bus was easy.
property was in an excellent location! right by the piazza and also east to get around to different vineyards and restaurants in the hills nearby. the room has recently been renovated and the updates are very nice. bed is comfortable and big and the shower was great! breakfast as also good and Shara was wonderful!
I don’t think I really understood just how beautiful this property is until we arrived! We loved our beautiful apartment, the closeness to Greve in Chianti, the bbq grill provided for our use, and the serene quiet. Highly recommend!
such sweet hosts, Paolina and Giuseppe met us when we arrived and showed us the place and offered suggestions for our stay. Greve in Chianti is a great little town and our hosts are rightly proud of it!
Lovely house in a beautiful and tranquil setting in Tuscany. We enjoyed a walk along the quiet roads in the area and loved the drive towards Siena through typical Tuscan country side.
The host was very helpful by telling us the best restaurants to go in the nearby area. She’s very accommodating & responding to our concerns & requests.
