A very pleasant hotel, view of the lake from the balcony is amazing. Also, an excellent terrace for breakfast with the most beautiful view in Tremezzo. The rooms are small and poorly equipped, but everything is very clean. The staff is friendly. Recommendation: take a room with a lake view on the 4th or 5th floor and ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible.
Featuring a shared lounge, terrace and views of lake, Domus Bellagio is located in Bellagio, 2 km from Villa Melzi Gardens.

The property was beautiful, incredible views and location. It was a 25-30 minute stroll into Bellagio via beautiful paths (not always on the main road so super safe). Or you can park your car in the white zone for free just outside the gardens by the lake which is a 5min easy drive away! The staff couldn’t have been more lovely and accommodating, offering lifts into town and providing an iron etc and coffees. The lovely lady also gave me annotated maps and talked me through places to visit and how to get into town! Thank you so much for my wonderful stay!
Located in Varenna and only 3 minutes on foot from Lake Como, Hotel Montecodeno is very close to a ferry boat stop. It offers free WiFi and rooms with views of the garden and mountains.

Perfect location
Very friendly staff at the front desk
However the room didn’t meet up to expectations and can be better. The flooring is quite poor , the bed was nothing to write home about.
Villa Edy is set in a quiet spot of Tremezzo, less than 5 minutes' walk from the western shores of Lake Como. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, and a panoramic porch where breakfast is served.

Beautiful little town on the Lake Como.
Beautiful little town on the Lake Como. Not much to do in the town itself but it’s very well connect to other towns like Bellagio, Menaggio and others.
Quiet, away from tourists, perfect get away and the buzz of other towns is just a quick ferry journey away

Location was just perfect.
Location was just perfect. Very nice pool and cocktail area on the terrace.
Room was nice with a view of the lake. Shower was slightly damaged not good. Breakfast was awful and dinner was very below average. I would recommended eating outside in some very nice restaurants nearby.

Great location away from the tourist crowds. We hiked up to the San Martino chapel on advice from proprietors and we’re so glad we did. Stunning views. Corner grocery store had everything we needed.

Poor value for money.
Poor value for money. The hotel benefits from the stunning location it finds itself in, but the service, excluding reception and parkers, should have been at the level required for a Grand Hotel (size of room, junior staff preparation, food)

The trip was incredible, but I wouldn’t recommend going...
The trip was incredible, but I wouldn’t recommend going during the off-season (Nov-Mar). There were almost no restaurants open, and their websites don’t update to show which are open and which are closed. So…lots of figuring things out at the last minute when the first 3-4 restaurants we wanted to try in a given town are actually closed.

the location and view are incredible! you are a stones throw away from the ferry across to Bellagio, a 10 minute drive from Menaggio and loads of lovely restaurants and bars in walking distance in Cadenabbia. The staff at the property were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was always very clean and our room cleaned daily and replenished with towels, toilet roll, etc. breakfast selection was perfect for us - cereals, yoghurts, pastries, bread, fruit juices.. lovely way to start the day.
The apartment was well decorated, charming and very clean. Lara was very responsive and helpful to us. We liked her very much. The view from all the rooms was great and we enjoyed the balconies. Lara sent me a lot of helpful information and tips before we arrived which helped us plan our visit to Como. We had a great meal at the Belle Isola restaurant on the ground floor of the building.
The best hotel ever, we love all. Amazing view, perfect location (very close to all famous villas) bus station under the corner, the same with the boat to another cities.
apartment is also so comfortable and clean, we have all we need at kitchen. A lot of additional pillows and blankets. There is also amazing terrace and balcony with the best view.
The owner was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had an amazing view to lake Como. The breakfast terrace is right on the lake and the views are amazing. The location is very close to the Cadenabbia ferry station (it’s also a few minutes drive from the Menaggio station). It was a splendid stay.
The location was perfect. The owner was super nice and the room itself is amazing. Theres a restaurant below that serves amazing food and its very close to the ferry going to bellagio . Its only 6 mins away from mennagio which is one of the famous towns of como. Its also super close to villa carlotta.
Superb location facing the lake with sweeping views over to Bellagio. The owner is a super friendly and charming chap who made us feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast, both inside the hotel and on the gorgeous terrace (which also doubled as an evening restaurant with an excellent local menu)
Paolo was a very helpful, friendly, and attentive host. Breakfast every day was very good, with plenty of variety and tasty options. Dinner was very nice as well. The hotel and garden are both beautiful and add to the picturesque location - the view from the pool deck is especially amazing.
I was under the impression I was booking a HOTEL from Priceline and not an apartment from booking.com. There was NO ac which was not advertised either. My husband became Ill overnight due to the heat. The fan provided was disgusting and I have the photos to share.
Table on outdoor balcony, splendid view. Easy walk to ferry, wish we had spent more time exploring upper Griante and hike to St Martin. Was a good base for too short stay in Como. Regret not eating pizza at little bar up the hill, hope there is a next time.
There was free parking and plenty of it! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a beautiful terrace to eat it on and a view of the lake. Our room also had a lake view.
The hotel seemed a bit run down, a Grande Dame that had seen better days. Most of the staff was great but there were a few that seemed like they were being put out when you asked them for something. The pool area and garden were great.
Fantastic hotel for our honeymoon stay, I would definitely recommend. The location, pool and breakfast were all great. We were gifted a bottle of Prosecco to mark the occasion of our honeymoon, which was very thoughtful.
Wonderful hotel in excellent location close to Menaggio and the ferry terminal at Cadenabbia, providing easy access to Bellagio and Varenna. Gorgeous views of Lake Como. Friendly and helpful staff.
This property is completely rundown, old full of cobwebs. I will never stay here again it was the worst hotel of our entire trip. There is no way this is a four-star anywhere.
Incredible lake view, a few steps from ferry stop “Cadenabbia-Traghetto”, modern renovation. Excellent value for money - half the price of a comparable 3* hotel.
