Premium quality, if you like the shiny interior. For first view it was a surprise, but quickly got used to it. The accomodation is big, more rooms, huge bathroom. Quiet place with pool in a new part of the city. Delicious breakfast included the best coffee+tee we had in Italy during our stay.

The place is new, clean, and close to the beach. The pool is amazing, clean and was very popular for the kids. The location is perfect. The hosts are perfect and took very good care of us. We will definitely come back- the perfect holiday stay!

Food is great, good restaurant are in Ispica and it is possible to enjoy super breakfasts in Sicilian style (go to the American Bar for this)9. Sea side is few min by car and the amazing Modica is really near from Ispica. I suggest to rent a car to enjoy all these places.PatrycjaItaly

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for anything we needed during our stay. It was too cold for us to be able to use the swimming pool, shower the pool area seemed very nice. There is a beautiful garden with bbq and all the comforts. external shower and bathroom is applicable as well. The property is 2 mins from the beach where few people are present cause it is not visible. The silence at this place is spectacular. The house was very clean. I totally recommend it.
