Everything. This is a once in a lifetime kind of place to stay. My fondest memory was sitting on the terrace at sunset with a glass of wine overlooking the island. The staff couldn't have been nicer - made us feel incredibly welcome every single day. The breakfast is the best I've ever had in a hotel. Tables and tables of delicious freshly prepared food.

The most awesome thing is that the premises have a spectacular view from the bar/restaurant terrace, surrounded with numerous cacti, flowers, herbs ... They offer a very tasty breakfast with a ton of options (especially tasty were the ricotta and fresh cherry tomatoes), the dinner was also fantastic and they also offer a wonderful selection of beverages. Staff was very friendly, super helpful and always had an answer when we needed help or advice. Free shuttle service option is very welcome (since the hotel is pretty high up the hill) an seeing the drivers manage narrow winding roads of Casamicciola you are very quickly very happy you didn't rent a car. :) Rooms are simple but nice and clean and our balcony had a wonderful sea view.
