The room offers an amazing view over the lake Como and the mountains behind it. The location is good for exploring the area by car and the hotel has free parking space on the opposite side of the road. The breakfast is ok although relatively modest.

Everything was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was delicious with a number of local cheeses, fresh bread, eggs made to order and fabulous coffee. The best thing about breakfast was Alessandro's home made apple tart, best I have ever had. The location is great with beautiful views of the lake. We sat on the terrace each evening and had a picnic dinner. Car parking is not available at the accommodation but there is free parking quite close. The area felt safe and we had no problems leaving the car on the street overnight. Many others also park on the street overnight. We were able to drive the car close to unload the luggage. Alessandro met us and assisted with getting our bags to the B&B. There are stairs, which were not a problem for us and we are not super fit, 58 and 60 year old. Anyone with mobility problems might struggle. The family story behind the building makes it very interesting and we enjoyed hearing it and having a tour. I would love to return one day and absolutely recommend this accommodation to others.

The proprietors were very nice and helpful. The restaurant for dinner was very good and they were kind and accommodating for dietary requests. The town was quiet which was nice and there was parking.

I have a wonderful stay here, the view is stunning and the property was very clean and tidy, The kitchen was fully functional, with utensils to use, and some condiments. The balcony was lovely and really added to the experience. Giulio was fantastic from the start, he offered excellent communication and was very attentive. Great location, quiet, but not far from restaurants and town. Loads of room, large kitchen, bedroom with lake and mountain view. Couple car park options 10 min walk from the property. Would definitely come back.
