It is in a location where you can find supermarkets (walking distance) and easy to como and Milan. Fabio was great in responding to our questions right away. We stayed during a stat holiday in Italy and everything was closed, the host helped us find our way around so that was nice to know that someone was there to assist us. The green areas around the parking lot were overgrown, it really looked like the facility was shut down. It happened that there were no cars in the parking lot. Once inside, the hotel is very nice, clean. The beds did not have traditional mattresses. Though comfortable for me, my friend did not find it comfortable.
