I usually forget to comment on reservations, but this palace forced me to comment. Frankly, this is the best place I stayed in during my trip that started from Rome. Of course, this palace has been owned by a family for generations and has been updated in a modern style. I will definitely return 👍

We were met from the bus (bus stop 8) by Sylvia who welcomed us to Lezzeno and showed us the entrance to La Corte Del Governo 565 up a small alleyway off the Main Street.
Once we were through the door we entered a lovely little court yard and were shown upstairs to our room.
The room was great, spacious, spotlessly clean with good fixtures and fittings.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food available.
Sylvia was a great hostess who went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic time.

House was lovely, clean and well equipped. Perfect for two families with little children.
Bus stop right in front of the property. Jetty a few minutes walk away. Very convenient to get around with public transport which we did as we found driving around the lake a thrilling experience with the very narrow roads and tight parking.
Giusy was very helpful with information :)

Lezzeno is a sweet spot for Como Lake, close to Bellagio but not touristic, has a boat pier (this is mandatory), couple of restaurants and bars, a bank.. not much more but that's what you need to relax!

Although there are few nice views of Lake Como, I would not suggest that you stay in Lezzeno. There were no shops or restaurants nearby. Something closer to or in Bellagio would be more advisable. Lezzeno seems to be more of a residential area. Be sure to take a bus ride to Bellagio. There is a ferry ride which takes you from Bellagio to other little tourist towns and this was beautiful. An absolute highlight day! The views of the beautiful lake and mountainous backdrop was quite breathtaking. But beware - the bus ride on the very narrow and windy roads, are nerve wrecking!

Quaint and small.
Quaint and small. Probably need a car to move around but there are public transport options and taxis. Away from the busy areas but still close enough. Roads overall in Como are very narrow and require a bit of experience (especially as the locals will drive fast through them). Some restaurant options though we chose to eat in other places in Como. Overall I would probably chose Lezzeno again in the future

I loved Lezzeno. It was a nice quiet village atmosphere.
I loved Lezzeno. It was a nice quiet village atmosphere. The ferry was very close and there were plenty of little supermarkets to allow you to be very self sufficient.
Water taxi rides were only 10-15 minutes to Bellagio and the views from the property we stayed in in Lezzeno were spectacular.
A little remote from the main tourist centres but easy to access Bellagio via water taxi

We stayed in a fantastic house with the most beautiful view, great for family or friends get together with amazing kitchen & relax facilities. (all services, concierge, cook or cleaning available upon request). Lezzeno itself does not have much to offer and public transport or parking when you want to go to Bellagio, Mennagio or Como can be challenging, but advantage if you want to be away from mass tourism, this is the place to be

Lezzeno was the one ferry stop that was not overcrowded with visitors. It was nice to visit the other areas, and nice to come back to tranquility. The nearby market was at the bottom of the hill of our accommodation, and offered just what we needed. We loved a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the lake each evening.
Linda and her father were so welcoming. The room was clean, the view was amazing from the balcony, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, literally everything you need in the morning. The property is located about 10min drive from Bellagio where you can take a boat to other parts of the Lake, so practical! and there is another ferry port in Lezzeno as well. I could park my car in the garage and it was very safe. The property is really close (walking distance) to amazing restaurants and Linda explains everything when you arrive.
My partner and I stayed in Ca Bareta for 5 nights in early May. The location of the apartment was perfect, in the smaller town of Lezzeno with a few nice restaurants, bars and walks. It is a very easy and quick bus journey to Bellagio. The apartment was spotless, with lots of space, a fully equipped large kitchen, and a lovely outside area. There are some great mountain trails from Lezzeno, and from Bellagio you can get the ferry to Menaggio and Varenna, which we did and would recommend!
It was the gateway we didn’t know we needed! We had planned to visit another town that evening but realized it was going to rain and the trek to the hotel was really far without a car. We decided to stay in and eat dinner at the hotel. They food is farm fresh and one of the best of all of Italy! The night was so relaxing watching the clouds roll over the mountains and ultimately clear out to let us see the town lights and starts. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
We had a lovely stay at Gere house in early autumn. The house is quite large and we'll-appointed, with two large bedrooms, a living room, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The view from the terrace is spectacular, perched a short distance from and above the lake. Lezzeno is a lovely little village with a few restaurants and shops and a ferry stop. Adriana (the owner) was lovely and supplied us with lots of information about the local area.
very clean, comfortable and cozy apartment which has all you need for short vacation: kitchen and utilities, very clean and fresh linens and towels, well working and equipped bathroom. there is parking place inside of property and very nice garden to sit outside. close to house are bus stops, mini market for basic food and beverages, ice cream shop and bar, as well as restaurants. lake and small beach 5 minutes walking
This was an amazing property located only a few feet from the water’s edge with a beach area and a walkway next to the lake. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The sound of the waves made by the boats added to the romance and coziness. The owners were super friendly and helpful in recommending a local restaurant and activities in the area. Thank you Constantine! It doesn’t get better than this!
Clean, basic rooms. Nice location right on the lake and the diner was excellent for the price offered. If it wasn't raining the whole time, we could have enjoyed the view and a swim, but during our one night stay, that wasn't possible unfortunately. Staff was friendly and everything worked well. We could park right in front of the hotel, probably as it wasn't that busy despite being there in August
Beautifully decorated. Amazing views of the lake from the wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows in all the rooms. Hosts were very welcoming and responded expediently. Apartment was like new, extremely clean and had everything necessary for our stay. Location was great for commutes to Bellagio, Como City, etc. Ferry also stops in Lezzeno.
View overlooking the lake was spectacular, host was very helpful. Giovanni welcomed us, helped us make plans, explained the complicated ferry timetable etc. A lovely time in a lovely place. Lezzeno is peaceful, much more relaxing than busy Bellagio. You can catch the ferry up, down or across the lake from the jetty, 25 minutes' walk away.
The view was breathtaking. The restaurant was amazing - food delicious and staff super attentive. Monsiuer was a favourite amongst my girls. Lezzeno is a special location - felt like a sleepy town but only a short distance from the crowds. The beach bar, the lake, the donut floaties, the platform.... it was all amazing.
The location makes this hotel. Superb lake views and lakeside facilities, sun loungers, water sports and restaurant. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Good parking facilities, (rare around Como), including an electric car charging point
Excellent breakfast which appears to cater for absolutely every dietary need.
I loved how it was renovated and fresh and right on the water. Love that there was breakfast. The room was clean and fresh with an amazing view. The hotel and apartments were very new and modern . Also location was close to Bellagio which was pretty good given the fact that we would have dinner there.
Breakfast: A rich offer, everyone will choose. Excellent coffee!
Lezzeno is not very attractive for tourists, so you will not meet crowds of tourists, the town lives its peaceful life.
The view from the apartments on the lake is absolutely unique.
I Adored staying at this Hotel It is so Pretty and the Location is fantastic!! our room view was Gorgeous ! the staff were So so lovley and the breakfast was excellant! Thankyou so much !!
The location was quaint and perfect for 2 people for a few days who were cooking/preparing some meals. The hosts had recommendations for local restaurants, too.
