Very spacious room, modern interior and clean. Comfortable beds, quiet but central location. Good to have a fridge and kettle in the room. Bottles of water in the fridge was a nice surprise on arrival. Good shower and nice toiletries provided. The location was very good, close to the main sights and bars and cafes and very close to the Botanic gardens. Short walk to bus and tram stops for the station

The location. The fact that when we said we were cold the manager arranged for the heating to be put on even though it had been turned off for the season. Having a kettle in the room and herbal tea bags.
