We loved the room with the balcony facing both the country side and the sea! The room was very clean, spacious, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is simple due to the rules there are in Italy to serve fresh products but the owner makes it special: you can have it in a common space with very nice view or in your room on the balcony. We had a nice cappuccino, fresh fruit (very good!), toasted bread and other things. The location was very good for our needs: quiet so you can sleep and still not to far away from San Teodoro. You do need a car! We felt at all times very much welcome, we've got nice tips from the host. I totally recommend it.

Antonello is a true gent and has created a wonderful base to enjoy the surrounding area. In a perfect location with many of Sardegna's award-winning beaches just a short drive away and a 10 minute saunter to shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. We had an amazingly relaxing stay and hope to reserve a room here again on our next visit to this beautiful island. So brilliantly situated next to the beach. Great staff - special mention to the barman Walter for mixing great cocktails and being so friendly. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Beach towels and bikes for hire :-) Parking on site and we thought the breakfast was good - lots of choice. The restaurant across the road is great and with a 10% discount if you stay at the hotel, what could be better?!

Nice facilities, especially for kids (playground and swimming pool). Great that there was a lot of parking spots. Apartment was nice with the mini kitchen, and shower was great too.

+ we were upgraded to a garden suite (honeymoon) which was gorgeous, with amazing sunrises and sea view. + the hotel is superbly placed for the beautiful lu impostu beach with its own wooden walkway through the lagoon. Idyllic. The beach is beautiful with its white sand and clear sea. The hotel has its own sunbed and parasol area for guests with super friendly staff + the outside areas of the hotel are pretty, green and well kept. A great pool area with beds to relax on and superb Campari Spritz. + breakfast was great. Lots of options and quick, friendly service. + close to San Teodoro to visit. A pretty little town with several good restaurants to choose from and interesting outdoor markets + you can walk from the hotel to another gorgeous beach Cala Brandichi, which has a great boat hire place (private/tours/kayaks + the hotel staff are all amazingly friendly and helpful

Everything was perfect honestly, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the room so so clean, the view is so relaxing and worth the price honestly, the breakfast is also good I really liked everything about the hotel, they also offer activities in the reception if ever you are interested to discover the area which is very nice 😊

Excellent location near the beach, quiet area, very helpful staff, plenty of parking places. The hotel older, but cozy. The breakfast (italian) was tasty. At the request of his daughter, they also made food outside the offer. Hot croissant was excellent.
