The hotel is only 10 km from Malpensa Airport in Milan. The free hotel shuttle arrived when we called at the Airport and we were at the Hotel in 15 minutes. The driver was elderly and very nice. We had a large clean room. The window had an electric button to put up/down. Very noisy in hallway at all hours with guests with loud rolling luggage. We had lots of terry towels, hot old shower. There was some black mold on bottom of shower at base. Nice views of old town of Oleggio--15 minute walk into town. Very nice attentive Front Desk Staff on all shifts. Very slow Internet for cell/laptop use. Very noisy pipes when showers are running in all rooms. They have a paid breakfast. They have dinner at 8 p.m. for a few dishes. There is a 10-minute walk on the road with no sidewalks to Trattoria Azzaria, with full meals, large Menu. Be careful walking on road to Trattoria with no sidewalks and go under bridge. There are 2 coffee Bars, 2-1/2 blocks from Hotel (about 200 meters) on foot. There is a large Supermarket about 500 meters from Hotel to the right. It's modern and huge, like a Lidl, and have anything you want (breads, sandwiches, yogurts, water, etc.). Don't go out at night on the road since no street lights and no sidewalks with lots of rocks. It's not for any disabled people to trek on this road. Cafes close early at 6-7:00 p.m. and only have coffee/teas. No meals. Really nothing to do in the area unless you venture into the old town of Oleggio. No nearby taxis noted,
