Lovely location (although you really need a car as taxis are not locally available). Pool area well looked after and generally everywhere was very clean (rooms were pristine). We had a really excellent tour of the property and wine tasting session from the owners. The wine they make is excellent and clearly a result of lots of hard work. Breakfast was good with produce/eggs from their own gardens.

With its countryside location 20 km from Verona, Massimago offers free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and air-conditioned apartments. Wine is produced on site.

We enjoyed 5 nights in this exceptional hotel. Miss Teresa and the staff are all exceptionally kind, hospitable and welcoming - we have never experienced it at such a high level and felt immediately at home. For breakfast, we enjoyed faboulous home baked cakes, bread, fruits and croissants and prosciutto, and for dinner absolutely delicious pasta dishes and desserts. Make sure to try the Tiramisù! The hotel owners produce their own wine and olive oil in the region, which we had the chance to taste as well - delicious! If you are ever in the region (Verona / Veneto / eastern shore of Lake Garda), you should definitely stay at Locanda dell'Oleificio - apart from the incredible hospitality, the rooms were nice, clean and well taken care of. And there is a lot to discover in the area. By car, you can reach a lot of nice and interesting sites within 30-60 Minutes. 15/10 stars.

A very nice apartment in a prime location. Everything looked and felt new or at least well maintained. The apartment was warm when we arrived (it was a cold January), the kitchen has all the basic things you need and the bed was fantastic.

We visited in the summer. Swimming in the pool, strolling through the vineyards, drinking delicious wine, it was like being in a dream. The staff, Susanna, was really kind, and even though my English was poor, she patiently and politely explained everything to me. Thank you! !
