The reservation through Booking.com in January 2022 was for a Best Western Hotel, which changed its name to HR in August. We were never informed of this change, which proved to be extremely frustrating. We were two tired travellers in a rental car without a GPS trying to find the hotel, despite numerous stops to ask people for directions. No wonder we (and others) were confused: the Best Western no longer existed. Poor communication on your part.

Lora supported us a lot and was organizing and helping us with everything we needed - thank you so much :) The room looked exactly as on the pictures, very clean, very new, very lovely. We also got coffee and a bottle of regional red wine and there is a very good connection to bari and the airport is also quite near. I really can recommend the suite everybody, it was great :)

They went above and beyond to welcome us and to show us the best places to eat and drink around the town. They were very helpful to explain where to find a train station and how to purchase train tickets to the neighbouring city Bari. The accommodation is very conveniently located in the city centre of Modugno. Clean, functional and specious room.

Ideal spot for day trips to Matera, Ostuni, Poligno Al Mare, Taranto. Bari - is 10 minute drive. Very clean unit. Host was very responsive, daily cleaning and changing of towels makes the unit feel like home. Cute balcony - brings lots of sunshine in the mornings. Shower water pressure really good! I would stay here again!

We just needed somewhere to sleep not far from the airport and this hotel was on the perfect location for our needs. The next day we were right on the fast road to Polignano where we were going. There also is a typical, Italian restaurant where every morning I enjoyed my sweet breakfast. What I would like to underline is fact that all staff of hotel and restaurant was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is in the bakery next door, budget per person is 4 euros (you can have two croissants and a coffee for that, for a small supplement of one euro per person we had very nice pancakes).
