This was the most amazing and unique stay of our 3 weeks in Italy.
It is run by 3 generations of family. All very passionate about providing an outstanding experience to guests.
Felt like home from the moment we arrived.
We'll be back with the rest of our family.
The property is located a few minutes away from the town of Monteroni d'Arbia. Most importanly it is so central to visit Siena, Montepuliciano, Pienza, San Quirico d'orca and Montalcino and the hot springs at Bagno San Filippo.

We were very pleased.
We were very pleased. The host and hostess were so welcoming and patient with us despite our inability to speak Italian. Very gracious. They gave us a great recommendation to the winery, Santa Giulia winery—wine very much in keeping with our taste, a great education in wine making in the region from our hostess. Santa Giulia is a winery run by a beautiful family upholding a multi generational tradition. We drank wine to children laughing throwing water balloons. Il Canto di Sole treated us well and fed us like family. Very high praises.

For a taste of life in a small Italian town Monteroni is great. It has a historic centre and is on the Via Francigena. There's an excellent supermarket and when we were there a food festival was being set up for the weekend.

This agroturisimo is beautiful, surrounded by endless green Tuscan hills. The room we had was very nice and super comfortable. The staff are super friendly and try to help with every request. Though you feel your in the middle of the quiet country side, it's sust a 10 minutes drive to Siena if you need restaurants. Moreover, it's easy to get to all of Tuscany's highlights in no more than an hour of driving. Thank you Paulo for an amazing time in Tuscany.
This is a very nice place in the Tuscany country side. There is lots of activities for the children (playground, trampoline, fuzzball game, pool (in the summer) and a large property to run around in. The apartment we had was large size with tow bedroom and the kitchen was well equipped. The internet had high speed. There was a washing machine for use in an separate building. There is about 10 min drive to the closest city.
The atmosphere of the place was fantastic- it is an old Tuscany house, decorated in a traditional way, with massive kitchen/living room, and a bedroom furnished with antique furniture. The terrace is also very cozy, we wish mosquitoes were not around. It is also very close to Siena (20 min by car) and scenic drives in Tuscany. Choose this place i you are road-tripping in Tuscany
Great setting, well presented. The room was perfect for our needs and it was a real bonus to have a veranda with table and chairs in front of our door. Fillipo was the perfect host, friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. The location is superlative to reach a large number of interesting spots in this part of Tuscany. We highly recommend this facility.
We used this place as our base for a short Tuscany tour. The accommodation is next to a main road but there was no noise caused by traffic I would see this as a plus. Really nice buffet breakfast with the possibility to enjoy outside in the garden. The room we had was nice comfortable bed and nice shower. The staff at the reception was friendly and hepful.
We really enjoyed our vacation at Tenuta Della Selva in the Tuscan countryside. Our apartment was clean and spacious, the private rooftop terrace provided a beautiful view over tuscany. It takes a 5 minute drive on a dirt road to get to the accommodation. Once you get there you are rewarded with the peace and beauty of the property.
We had an incredible stay at la Roverella. We were greeted with a bottle of wine by the owner, Sarah, who was very sweet and gave us a lot of information for getting around Tuscany. We especially loved walking the vineyard and our dinner at the local Osteria where Giovanni made us feel so special! Thank you for a wonderful time!
Filippo and his family made our 3 night stay magnificent, they were all so kind and friendly. All of their meals were homemade and excellent, real tuscany cusine.
The view from the room was amazing.

Wonderful location in the beautiful outer areas of Siena. The landscape, the weather, and the hosts were fantastic - really great value for the money. Also, the pool area was amazing. Nice and big pool with an excellent view. Go watch the sunrise as well!
Everything was wonderful. The location is great, coutrysidr but still not far from Siena. The staff and animals and views and swimmingpool were all perfect. The details in the decor is also really beautiful.
It is very quiet and beautiful place near to Siena. Our daughter was in love with animals and playground. Owners were polite and friendly with us. The room is nice decorated with vintage furniture.
Everything perfect ! Excellent place for visiting Tuscany. Very friendly owners.
Very good facilities and breakfast. We will definitely come back.
Thanks a lot.
I’m a good location for our tour of Tuscany by bike, the owner was lovely, couldn’t do enough for us and helped us to store our bikes safely overnight.
