The garden and pool are lovely, and we enjoyed a quiet relaxing day beside the pool. The breakfast is brought to you on the terrace and is delicious. Leonardo is a kind and thoughtful host. He was very helpful with suggestions about what to do and where to go and made a reservation for us for dinner at San Gemini which was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.GillianNew Zealand

Beautiful farmhouse with 6 newly renovated rooms , with great attention to details and traditions but but a super cool and nice modern design. Located on a large piece of land with a beautiful view over Narni , the valley , olive trees , the pool and the garden. We will definitely visit again and enjoy the hospitality and tranquility.

The view is relaxing and green (hills al around) the facility is super clean. the furniture is vintage from italy , amazing. the rooms are beautiful! great pool with sun beds. parking with cover. most of all, amazing hosts. The electric tripped and Elena came to reset it straight away. If we had known we wouldnt have used the cooker and dishwasher at the same time. It is situated in 5 mins drive to the old town of Narnia, where there is a free parking and funicular to take you up, which is also free and 24/7, so it is very easy.
