The place has a good potential I really wanted to love it. Nice location in the middle of the forest Yard looks lovely Rooms ok Restaurant on site ok prices slightly above average but very convenient,food ok. Breakfast is good Most staff members are very nice, but speak only Italian. The single person ( a young waiter) in the whole place that can speak English is also very nice.

I DID NOT STAY. NO WHERE WAS I TOLD I HAD TO CLIMB A SPIRAL STAIR TO GET TO A DINGY ROOM. THE PROPERTY IS NOT THE SAME ADDRESS. THE PHOTOS DO NOT RESEMBLE THIS PROPERTY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. IT IS PHOTOS OF ANOTHER PROPERTY THAT IS ATTRACTIVE. THIS BUILDING WAS A SHED. I DID NOT STAY AND I TOLD THE MAN IT WAS A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE. HE WAS AGGRESSIVE AND NASTY. IT LISTS UNPAVED ROAD. I DROVE 5 MILES ON ROCKS AND MUD SLIDE. IT IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE OFF THE SITE. HORRID PLACE AND I LEFT. TOOK NEARLY 2 HOURS TO GET THERE FROM TRIUGGIO 12 MILES AWAY. DISGUSTING PLACE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE ROAD AND THE ROOM WITH A SPIRAL DANGEROUS STAIR CASE. HOW COULD A DOG STAY THERE? I COULD NOT CLIMB THE SPIRAL STAIRS WITHOUT PULLING MYSELF UP ON THE RAILS. THE DOG WOULD HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET UP AND IF TRYING WOULD HAVE FALLEN THROUGH THE GAPS. NO ANTI SLIP AND NO GRIPS. I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE COMUNE. VIOLATES HEALTH AND SAFETY, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND INFORMING MY CREDIT CARD. I HAVE PHOTOS

Perfect location between railway station and town. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Wide choice of continental type breakfast served in pleasant dining room. Bedroom very comfortable with clean, modern bathroom.
