Paolo was very helpfull and gave us the right information, the right privacy, but also the right support, when needed.
We didn't realise the chalet had not kitchen or any service to cook. .. strange, but I should have checked better, my bad...
but, when asked, Paolo managed to have a BBQ ready for our 2 days stay, which changed a lot our vacation.

Really great for a taste of Italy deep end, there's some great food options and awesome landscapes, and the people was really amicable everywhere I went to. The only thing to have in mind is: bring your own mobility or plan accordingly to the lack of public transportation options when it comes to availability.

Pachino is very useful for location, in short time you are to very very nice beach ( San Lorenzo, Isola delle correnti.. ect..) close to Marzamemi,( nice borgo where have eating) Noto, and less of one hour to Siracusa. Pachino itself don't offer so much but is strategica located and more cheaper than orher sites

She used Google translate to tell us about the beach and clay cliffs and she even made us homemade sundried tomatoes and a key chain. The grass area towards the beach was exceptional with games such as chess and pétanque. There was two hammocks and outdoors showers. Stairs were going straight from the property down to a sandy beach.

I walked to the central piazza of Pachino for dinner, took about 15 minutes. Can also go by car to Marzamemi in 10-15 minutes.

One of them bakes delicious cakes that you can taste at breakfast. Finding a spot to park your car nearby it's very easy and there is a supermarket very close to the property where you can find everything you may need. Besides, it is just 10 minutes away by car from the lovely Marzamemi village.
