Parma is one of the less touristy Italian destinations. It has a beautiful medieval historic centre, cathedral, baptistry and piazza, all in an area prohibited to traffic and with very few crowds. Make sure to visit the Pilotta Palace, which houses the National Gallery of Parma. In the gallery you will find the small but exquisite 'La Scapigliata', 'The Lady with Dishevelled Hair', an unfinished oil painting attributed to Leonard da Vinci and sharing the same mysterious beauty as the Mona Lisa. Breakfast included which was served in a choice of two places outside of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing 10/10 to Aileen & Allegra whom made our stay exceptional. Thank you both ! I highly recommend Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati. !! for Breakfast we chose 'La Forchetta' and also had dinner there one night.

My stay now was the first one with the new staff. They give the rooms a nice new painting; the floors are also renewed and feels warmer. The system for getting in during the night is working perfectly; the Wifi is also working well; the staff is very friendly; the breakfast is perfect. So from my side, I will stay in Brenta whenever I will travel to Parma.
