Located close to the small but sensational Pietrasanta town, in a building with history, this is a small paradise to stay: silent, comfortable, with a host that knows exactly how to treat well an hotel guest, great breakfast (customised to taste). A car is mandatory.
Located just 39 km from Pisa Cathedral, B&b L' Orangerie features accommodation in Pietrasanta with access to a garden, a terrace, as well as room service.
We had a wonderful three days in Pietrasanta. We stayed at L'Arcadia in a beautiful setting with wonderful hosts. We ate at the restaurant beside the B&B and the meal and service were excellent. We found it easy to get around the town, and our host provided us information about free parking as well. It's a wonderful, artistic town with a central piazza. As well, we had a tour of the Carrera marble mines that was also set up by our host. I would be very happy to visit this area again.

Pietrasanta is a very nice little town at the center of the Versilia. The town is very international with foreign languages spoken all around you. Pietrasanta is easy to explore by foot and provides a wide variety of Italian cuisine.

I was working many times in Pietrasanta to do sculptures in
different studios. It is like my second home.
This time I only spent a few days with my husband and
friends.
There are many restaurants to have a great dinners.
The best pastries you will find at the Il Duomo Cafe on
the Piazza.
Visit Carrara and drive up to Colonnata cor Lardo.
Very nice breakfast with good coffee, different kinds of bread, fruit, juice, eggs, cheese, prociutto, homemade cakes and always great personal service. It's a perfect place to explore the beautiful town of Pietrasanta. You can also rent a bike and go to the beach in Marina di Pietrasanta. If you love art there are also plenty of books about marble art to read and be inspired of. This is a hotel I would recommend to everyone. I will return!
Super location only a few minutes walk to the town square and the train station. Excellent breakfast with a great choice of temptations which can be enjoyed indoors or out in the small courtyard filled with lots of greenery. Bicycles are available to hire which were a great way to get to the Marina Pietrasanta/ Forte Dei Marmi etc.
The hotel owners and staff are very friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay.
The host is great and provided us with lots of things for breakfast and that was a pleasant surprise! Everybody was friendly in the area! There is a garden in the front and the back of the house to relax. Everything worked even the oven and this has been rare to find in Italy! The little town is about 10 minute walk away and it is pretty! Beach is not far by car either.
I had a great time at Hotel Palagi and enjoyed every minute of my stay. With a beautiful view over the main square by the city entrance, the location is great and has a very home-comfy feel to it. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooftop terrace which I didn't expect but ended up spending several hours just enjoying the view and weather.
It is a very nice appartment. Although it is in the center of Pietrasanta it is very quiet and only 10 minutes walk from the train station.
A supermarket is within walking distance and a small bakery is around the corner. The small kitchen is enough to cater well for yourself.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful
Breakfast was excellent--including eggs to order. Lovely hotel that provided a calm, relaxing several day respite from the pace of our sightseeing and of traveling between multiple destinations. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk people provided lots of good information. Would highly recommend.
feels like you walking in a Italien family’s house and it’s just fantastic hospitality and clean, but most definitely the most beautiful place we seen! Andrea, the owner, left cute little champagne bottles for us in the room on New Years and also set us up for a amazing New Years dinners! thank you!
This was a gem to stay in. So pretty, with a lovely coutyard garden and pool. Such a historic Tuscan villa, gorgeous big room with adjoining lounge. I was spoilt! It was also centrally located and a great place to come back to after wandering around the beautiful streets of Pietrasanta.
Nice location. The pool was nice, the bedroom fantastic.
From here we visited Pisa, Lucca and Pietrasanta. Also the trip to Cinque Terre was nice, although the best way to travel to the 5 villages is with the train starting from La Spezia. Owner Chiara bakes delicious cakes!
Everything, lovely host - definitely try the breakfast cakes and a magnificent, large and very clean pool. it’s as fantastic base for Pietrasanta and and not far if you want a day at the beach (provided you drive). would be happy to return.
Our host made accommodations to her day to meet our delayed time of arrival. We were very appreciative! The location is PERFECTION! It is in the heart of Pietrasanta. Well stocked and very clean!
The restoration and transformation of the place makes this small hotel quite artistic and elegant. The back garden is a hidden gem which make you want to stay there for a long time.
The apartment was perfectly located in the centre of Pietrasanta old town, close to shops and restaurants. It was very clean and decorated in contemporary style. We loved it!
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Located in close proximity to the beach and center od Marina di PietraSanta. Owner is extremaly nice and helpful.
