We had a late flight, which additionally was delayed - the owner waited for us (around midnight) to have a check in; very good communication with the owner, perfect location, no private parking, but no problem to park a car on free public parking spaces in the town in a short walking distance; clean and spacious room

Il Monte hotel in San Savino exceeded our expectations during our short stay. Its central location made exploring the town a breeze, and being just a 20-minute drive from Arezzo was incredibly convenient for our travel plans.

The availability of coffee in the room was a notable plus point, something we found surprisingly lacking in even some five-star hotels. Large room, bath with separate shower. In room fridge. Good location for us on trip up towards Venice. Supermarket opposite. Massage chair in reception 😁 good stopover point but wouldn't want more than a couple of nights unless you were in area for a reason. Breakfast ok.

It is family run business, which really let you feel at home. We stayed 3 nights. The app we booked was detached of the main building and it was way bigger than expected, it was very clean and has huge fridge. As well as a terras with a lot of privacy. Food was great as well! This venue offers great value for money. (Based on multiple stays in Toscane in the same 3 weeks)
