The Borgo Pignano was absolutely beautiful and even better than what we read and heard from our friends past travels to Tuscany. The location nestled near olive groves, vineyards and woods of the region were spectacular as we travelled through the region. The skilled- staff were amazing and truly cared about each and every guest, like family. The restaurants, out-door bar with breath taking sunsets truly elevated our stay. Perfect rural location for 10 minute drive to the more touristy but worthwhile San Gimignano or the less touristy but historical and beautiful Volterra. Pretty much everywhere else in Tuscany within easy drive for day trips.

The adult only pool is perfect, the views are phenomenal and the perfect place to waste away the day. The bar man at the poolside was fantastic and provided outstanding service.
