Very clean apartment inside. The beds were nice and clean. Quiet place inside, despite the near dam. Very well equipped, including washing machine and iron and all toiletries. Elevator is also available. The location is in the middle of this nice little village. The host is a professional host who looks for your need. I would come back gladly when my business is in this area.

The room was comfortable and a good size. The bathroom was functional and the shower had acceptable water pressure. The bed was very comfortable.
The staff was friendly and the check in area in the bar was nicely decorated. The location is reachable by bus or foot, and there are great food options nearby, of course including the attached restaurant. A great gelateria is only 3 minutes walk away.
Just 300 metres from Bergamo Train Station, this NH hotel is also near the shuttle departures for Orio Al Serio Airport. Rooms feature free Wi-Fi.

I had no real criticism at all. I checked in before arrival and was provided with details of how to gain entry to the premises which basically is in an apartment block and is an apartment split into 4 rooms with a shared kitchen.
A welcome pack was provided including coffee, tea, milk, juice, biscuits ;toast; breakfast bars; water and there was a further supply of tea and coffee.
The room was fine and comfortable.
No real complaints

The room was unexpectedly large - more like a small studio apartment. It even has a small kitchen that you can use for a surcharge (5€ per day + 20€ one-time cleaning fee). The bed was very wide. The breakfast was better than we expected (from an Italian hotel at least). There's a small "playroom" with some boardgames and a foosball table and a cute courtyard (which is probably nice in the Spring and Summer). You can rent bikes (although I'm not sure where would one ride those). The staff is very friendly.
Staff is excellent. Super friendly, helpful, truly great people!!
Rooms are hospital level clean. Amazing! I've never been in such a clean hotel in my life. They even clean the tv remote control. They offered me coffee/tea when I did checkout in the middle of a cold night. :) I ended up staying 2 more nights than I planned. Really nice people, simply my best hotel experience in Italy and I've been to many hotels here. There is a huge shopping mall near by too.
Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help make our stay enjoyable. Our room was large, extremely comfortable and had excellent facilities. The breakfast was very good, the food always fresh. Cleaning was of a very high standard. Plenty of parking spaces. Our son was getting married nearby and the added bonus was that the hotel has a laundry room with ironing boards, irons and a steamer so we could all press our outfits!
Very silent place, not far from Milan and airport.Good thing that hotel has a kitchen with everything you need.We adore the coffee machine with plenty of coffee. Also there is private parking.Ponte san Pietro has a couple of restaurants and super markets. From the hotel we had water, juice, coffee and milk, also biscuits with jam and chocolate. So its a perfect place to stay for business and travel .
This is my third stay in Casa Celeste. The apartment is spotlessly clean, has comfy beds and well-furnished kitchen. The manager is very charming and accomodating.
When your flight leaves early in the morning is a good choice to spend the night there because Ponte San Pietro is just 2 stops (and just 2 EUR) away to Bergamo train station.
A very pleasant hotel. Comfortable room with all necessary equipment and nice refreshments. Spacious bathroom with toiletries. A well-equipped kitchen is available in the hotel. Access to the hotel and room very easy (via an app). I highly recommend this property and will return on my next visit to the Bergamo area.
In general: it's a good hotel, everything works, it's pretty clean, the rooms are quite comfortable in terms of size. A big bonus for some people is the kitchenette in the room. It has a parking underneath, it's close to a large grocery store. So, it's well equipped. The personnel is helpful and friendly.
Very nice hotel, 15 minutes drive to Bergamo center. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. The room was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nice terrace overlooking the corn fields. Plenty of free parking
Gorgeous hotel with big rooms. Super clean and modern. Ideal for a stopover and close to a supermarket and the main roard. We were surprised by the quality. The breakfast was superb and everything is well decorated.
The customer service the receptionist Francesca provided was exceptional, she made us feel more at home than any other hotel we have ever visited. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy.
