We had an absolutely incredible stay! It was my boyfriend’s 40th. I messaged ahead to ask if they could make him his favourite birthday cake and they did, they came out singing and were just amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful as well as the room is very comfortable and large. We will be back!

Everything. Christel was the best, super nice, she gave us useful information, always ready to help. Breakfast was very good, the room was spacious, warm and cozy. We went to the 52 Gallerie, and the location of the Trattoria was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

exceptionally nice location, silence and calm environment. Treasure, fine, cold spring water in the garden. It is easily accessible from Arsiero. Very good communication. :( -I couldn't take home the view of mountains :)

I don't really have enough words to describe how I felt here, in the heart of Arsiero, among those beautiful mountains, it was just incredible. The hotel is so nice, elegant, clean. It's something I really did not expect in an ordinary Italian village.

Good location, very nicely refurbished building, good style. Restaurant with nice vibrant atmosphere, bar/pub stule with modren touch. Breakfast and dinner TOP quality. Actually we did not expect this quality/level of food in a location like this. Menu prices liitle high, but the quility is there. Dinner quality higher than standard of the whole hotel and restaurant, so a little supprice with close to fine dining experience. Liitle difficulties with communication in english, but everyone there were so nice and with Italian charm that made up for language barrier. Especially Alessia, kind, nice and friendly. Tank You!
