Spa/Pool was fantastic and much nicer when less crowded. We very much enjoyed all of the different experiences you could have in the spa. The room (corner) was spacious partly because it was a wheel chair accessible space. Very much enjoyed the view of the mountains and trees waking up in the morning. It was a bit to cold to sit outside/enjoy the porch fully. The in room toiletries were a treat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.PrattYoung couple

The hotel was immaculate, but what really made it was the staff who were very helpful and friendly. The owner Massimo in particular really went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. As well as great skiing we found the therme (thermal baths which are a short walk from the hotel) were really good and well worth a visit.
