Very helpfull owners who take us to the airport and the beautiful Villasimius beach. A big appartment near beach and busstop. There was even a washing machine in the appartment that helped us a lot, because we have packed lightly.

Quartu Sant’Elena is both a large suburb and a long stretch of second homes along the coast. Looking for a holiday home aim for the coastal area along the Poetto beach and towards La Capitana. The large suburban area has supermarkets and local shops. House there are usually in tall blocks of flats. For a cocktail on the beach is either La Capitana or the other end of Poetto -

Perfect location if you want to stay close to beach/enjoy sea view. Altho its quite far from city center, we didnt had problem with it as we had a rental car.
Free parking close to house.
Check in/out is super easy and the host is very helpful.
We would stay there again for sure, if we ever return the island! Very much recommended!

The truth is that we wanted to stay in Cagliari itself, but properties there were too expensive and without parking, so this seemed the best choice. For people wanting to visit Cagliari, Quartu Sant'Elena is too touristic and far away (30 min by car, plus the time to find a parking spot in Cagliari, although busses do exist). However, the village, being touristic, has many supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, etc.

We came during a storm and ended up spending a lot of time in the apartment. It was the perfect place to relax, very clean, very spacious. It was so much better than a hotel. Gianluca was very communicative and kind, even with the language barrier. We didn’t have difficulty finding the apartment, but we mostly took taxis or walked. It’s very central in Quartu Sant’Elena and easy to access to good restaurants. Yes, there was a bit of street noise in the morning, but it was quiet at night.
The room was excellent.
The room was very modernly equipped. A great bathtub and shower. Very stylishly furnished and clean.
In addition, the team and the owner was super accommodating and very helpful. Very professional and personable. You felt very well taken care of there. Arrangements like cake and flowers for the birthday was no problem for the owner. I was very nicely surprised. Thanks for that :)
We can highly recommend this hotel!!!
The hotel has exceeded my expectations. Everyone is really welcoming, the room was spacious with everything needed, impeccable and clean. The hotel is located centrally and has good access to many bus stations. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel has as well a restaurant and pizzeria with tasty food and good prices plus great coffee that can be served in the morning:) definitely a place to come back.
The room is modern, spacious, and sparkly clean. Very friendly staff, Katarina is wonderful and helpful with a lot of insights about Sardinia beaches and the Cagliari location. Easy to find a parking lot. Useful shops near the hotel, and good restaurants if you want to eat in the evening near the hotel. Excellent breakfast, cappuccino is perfect. The hotel is better than expected. All exceeded my expectations.
We were afraid that the value for money would be poor, but thanks to Giulia, it was totally worth it!
Giulia was attentive to all our needs and responded very professionally to all our requests, providing us with a true luxury service that justifies the high price. Additionally, the hotel has its own assets, such as the private beach
Many thanks to the cleaning women as well who do an outstanding job
The hotel was a house for one family , today gebuildt very , very modern llittle hotel with four rooms. The residence is very comfortable with a very good service for Enrico. He makes a very sweet and great italian breakfast and he serves your wishes even the wishes for bread and butter and coffee americano for a german breakfast. He is a wonderful young man, he takes trouble to the guests.
Boutique Marconi is a new hotel with great design and exceptional service. Caterina is really passionate about her work and goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home. The breakfast is delicious and she bakes three types of croissants early in the morning. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had a great stay at the hotel.
The whole experience with the hotel was great, I felt like at home. The owners are very gentle and attentive on customer needs. The hotel is 5 minutes from the bus station for Cagliari and other places. If you like authentic experience, this must be the choice!
Grazie ancora per tutto, spero che ci vediamo presto! :)
The location was perfect. Alot of beaches a short drive away. Lake with flamingos too. Spotless hotel. Helpful staff. Parking available on premises. Nicely furbished rooms. A lovely stay overall. Definitely coming back
Maria Angela was fantastic!!!! Very nice place, make you comfortable straight away. The temperature was excellent and we enjoyed more than staying in an hotel.
