Nicolina and her husband were kind, welcoming, attentive and generous; they provided some extra food suppllies after a long drive, and they also sorted a minor lightbulb problem without any delay. Location, and the whole experience created by staff who could not do enough to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel was set in an amazing location and from arrival to check out the team were outstanding. Maria and Amelia (I do hope I have spelled this correctly). During my stay I had an issue worthy my motorcycle and Amelia helped me with translating with the local garage to arrange a repair and even upgraded me to a bigger room for my unplanned second night. The food from Chef's new menu was outstanding. A very pleasant stay. Thank you team Borgo Villa Marie.
