The breakfast buffet and the dinners which are included in the halfboard booking were nothing short but amazing especially if you also consider the price you pay for it. They also give you a refill/supplement of anything, if you didn't have enough or liked something very much (which we did). The owners are fantastic, laid back, very helpful and supportive. Would definitely go back.

The host was really nice and kind, they were also flexible with the check-in time. The place offers a storage for bicycles and ski equipment. The room and bathroom is super clean and large enough. Breakfast is also a quality one. The communication with the place via messages here is also perfect. The rooms have an excellent view to the lake.

Beautiful mountain town right on the Italian/Austrian border...
Beautiful mountain town right on the Italian/Austrian border. There are plenty of outdoor activities in Resia itself as well as in the surrounding towns (e.g. Nauders). I come here mostly for mountain biking in the summer - the Enduro trail network offers some of the best riding in the Alps - but have also visited for a family summer holiday. The local alpine cuisine is generally good value and offers something for everyone. Travel to Resia can be a bit tedious as it can only be reached by car and is at least a couple of hours away from every airport option/main transport hub.
Choice of Cereals, dried fruit and nuts at the breakfast buffett,
the every-day offering of either boiled or scrambled egg , the coffee and the richness of cheese and meat/sausage on offer to start the day.
Having booked half-board, revealed the best-of all my stay at the Hotel: The very special evening meal , basically 4-5course : Salads, soup, starter , main course and desert, which all were exceptional local / traditional and Italian Cuisine at a very high standard
Very nice and cozy hotel in beautiful town of Resia, room is small but offers all you need a few minutes from ski slopes and comfortable parking. Bathroom rather old school design however all working well. Dinner is highly recommended and there is of the best wine lists I have seen (just a few wines but carefully seleceted depeneding on taste and budget, bravo!) Breakfast very nice. Looking forward to next stay at the hotel.
The place is very well located in Resia. Supermarket nearby, several places to dine at a walking distance. You have a lot to do, the owner can recommend several options. We loved to rent bikes and cycle around the 2 main lakes of the region. The pension is really nice, bed was super comfortable, owner very friendly and the breakfast will have you totally satisfied and ready to start a long day of sightseeing.
I choose this hotel for hiking in Sud Tirol and it was great choice. Location is on lake coast with scenic view of lake and mountains. Room was spacy, with full size bath. Comfortable big bed. Balcony with chairs. Breakfast was awesome, same I can say about dinner. Good wellness area with swim pool and few sauna's. Fantastic staff - always greet you and ready to help in any occasion.
The property is in a perfect location boasting wonderful views. There are hikes right out of the gates and unspoiled nature just minutes away from the hotel. The rooms are well thought and I'm definitely going to return soon. I told the staff that I'm learning German and wanted to practice it, so I had an amazing and very helpful foreign language practice on top of all.
Just perfect for the location to visit the sea as well as nearby mountain biking etc. I never wanted to go anywhere else at night, as the restaurant in the hotel was top notch and the sauna and steam rooms were some of the best I've ever experienced. Great staff and they showed true concern with my injury from mountain biking.
The host was very friendly and the breakfast was a delight. The hostess prepared the breakfast herself and you really felt at home. The hotel has private parking, but it is not secure. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful though. The hotel does have a sauna. The location is close to the water, so an evening walk is possible.
We booked this hotel on line with booking.com the pictures seemed ok but it’s awful smells of damp and there’s no one there to greet you you have to drive down town to another hotel to book I’m not welcoming at all we ended up booking somewhere else I do not recommend staying here it’s derilct
This hotel got every single thing right, and that's enough for me to come here again. Wonderful breakfast, spacious rooms, nice lake view, fast internet over WiFi. Staff was helpful, I got arranged what I needed. Also worth mentioning are beds with pleasantly hard mattress.
Super nice room, of course was one of the pricey ones, but worth the money. Close to the lake and just on the opposite side of the Schoneben Gondola if your trip is for riding your bike in the Enduro trails. (around 5mins by bike from the hotel)
The staff was really friendly and polite. The restaurant was amazing as well as the breakfast.
Very fresh and delicious food. Really love the whole vibe of the hotel and how you can feel in the details their passion in running the place
