Lovely terrace, marvellous breakfast (special thanks to Annamaria). Good aircon ... but we spent most of time on the terrace. Good shower. Nice tv. Well stocked fridge of the proper not too small size. Easy to use public parking just few meters from the house. You can see your car from the terrace. Igor pays attention to all your needs. We loved to walk around in the pretty medieval village, discover surroundings and street paintings. Hosts were really kind and helpful. They welcomed us with drinks and snacks. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was delicious. They even picked us up from nearby village, because we had difficulties with transportation. Thanks for everything! We already miss Rocca di Papa :)

It is not the first time we have stayed here , why we come back …. the views from the hotel of Rome are absolutely breathtaking. the best place to stay if you want a comfortable place to stay out of the city. we really loved our 4 day stay
