Me and my wife stayed for 6 nights in January: our experience has been fantastic. The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. The position is great as it allows you to visit 3 different regions: Tuscany (Pienza, Montepulciano..), Lazio ("Parco dei Mostri" in Bomarzo) and Umbria (Orvieto). The family is very nice and attentive to every need of their guests since the very first moment after booking (Samuele is responsive on whatsapp; he has been very helpful multiple times answering to our questions). The room is very nice and comfortable, with everything that you need. Breakfast is also very good! To sum it up: lovely staying, at a lovely family, in a wonderful region! We will strive to come back in the future!

Has been a great experience. The apartment is fabulous, as described on the website and in pictures. It has all you need for full comfort, plus water, milk and yoghurt in the fridge and tea, coffee and breakfast food in the kitchen.
There were a lot of beautiful Christmas decorations that we appreciated a lot.
A special mention goes to the hosts, they have been incredibly kind, helpful, always available, from recommending and booking restaurants, to gift us a bottle of Franciacorta Brut for the last day of the year.
I would say "attention to details" is what have made the difference from Good to Fabulous :-)

If you like a peaceful spot for relaxing in an isolated location in beautiful surroundings, this is the place for you. I spent two nights and a day here and left completely relaxed and regenerated. Having the early morning swim in the pool and one later on during the hot summer's day was brilliant. Thanks to host Claudio for having such a lovely place for travellers like me.

Although I stayed far from the village, I did visit the village to eat dinner at the fabulous Ristorante Daniela. I learnt there are hot springs, and hot baths that you can walk to and bathe for free. It was too hot now in July to try these out, but it would be fantastic in cooler weather.

This hotel was perfect in every way and I wish that we could’ve spent more time here. The staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and the surrounding area is beautiful. We spent our time using the thermal pools and the Turkish sauna. It’s also a short drive to Montepulciano. We’ll be back and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the perfect Tuscan luxury escape.
The hospitality of the property manager and the staff, the old hystorical building, the story of the family Pizzinelli (who started the b&b in the 1800), the comfort of the bed, the large room with a small living room and a beautiful bathroom, the amazing and rich breakfast. Walking distance (10 minutes u and down hill) to the thermal baths of San Casciano.
Breakfast was nice and delivered in your room or to your terrace, if you preferred. Staff were friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located a bit away from the village but next to the large parking lot. It was a great spot to explore Tuscany from - we ended up driving most days to see neighboring villages.
The L'Ocanda is a lovely place, nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. It welcomes you with warmth and a cozy charm and seduces you with its comfort and airy spaces, both in the common living rooms and in the spacious bedroom suites.
A special mention to Giulia's crostatas at breakfast!
This lovely historic palazzo was like taking a walk in time. Every detail was carefully curated, including the room and breakfast. A truly memorable experience thanks to our hard-working and welcoming hosts. Fantastic location, perfect for exploring the area and hitting the thermal baths.
Stunning little hotel . I got a quiet room
At the top with it’s own terrace. The restaurant in the square is owned by the same people and was amazing. The breakfast was good. It’s great value for money, especially if you want to enjoy the hot springs !

This is a very special place! it was our favorite stay in all of Italy. Beautiful, Peaceful.
We especially enjoyed the family style evening meals.
The food was amazing. You feel like family when you stay here.
The place was perfect after a long bicycle ride in the autumn rain, a well heated room, lots of space, a place for our tandem and a very warm welcome. Absolute recommendation for everyone.
Fantastisch! Great B&B with lovely owners! An Etruscan building, full of authentic details. Near termen and villages! A great experience! Thank you very much, we loved everything ❤️
