We flew into Palermo , ( and in April with fewer tourists) and had 10 days in Sicily, so it was a great starting place, in the west , but having driven all the way through to the east , along south east coastal roads , mainly to see Catania, Syracuse , Taormina , Cefalu, it was a long way . Messina was big city and not very interesting

We went to San Vito specifically for the Cous Cous festival.
We went to San Vito specifically for the Cous Cous festival. It’s less crowded in late September and the weather is still good. We’ve also visited at Easter time. Don’t expect a beach holiday in April, just relaxation by the seaside.
I would suggest eating at Cric e Croc restaurant and of course, eat seafood Cous Cous.

San Vito Lo Capo is a lovely town situated at the end of a peninsula on the other western side of Sicily, about an hour and a quarter from Palermo Airport.
There is a fantastic beach to enjoy during the day and an ample array of local shops, restaurants, bars and local eateries. I glad to say the are no multi national fast food outlets at all. You can park on street at a cost and for those requiring long stay facilities there are car parks... they're not overly expensive, but they are secure and convenient.
We will return another day for sure!

The most beautiful beach in Sicily - clean turquoise warm water. But to many people, toilets on the beach fo 1 euro, showers for 3 euro! The restaurants are mediocre and overpriced. If you eat in the cheaper ones you pay a lot for "coperto" - the price is written nowhere in the menu. So wherever you eat you pay the same. Touristy place. No night life. Family and kids place. I liked the chess tournament they had.

Little historic town with beautiful church the view was amazing with clouds gliding through the mountains in the morning. With the amount of restaurants you could choose virtually anything to eat. Exceptional local kitchen, plenty of sunshine and most beautiful beach makes this place special. You can even climb up the mountain and the view is gorgeous. Make sure you don’t wear flip flops like me ;)

Christina and her son were super helpful! We also got little present from the owner Marco who especially came to greet us on our departure day. The apartment was newly furnished, clean and modern. We liked eating outside on the terrace. It’s super close to the beach. Air conditioning worked well which was important… walking distance to the center where the restaurants are. Oh and they also had chairs and umbrella which we used on the beach. Absolutely to recommend!
Very nice hotel in a quiet street with free parking opportunities and very friendly and helpful staff. The studio apartment we booked was small but very comfy and had everything you need. The sea view from outside our kitchen window and the view from the terrace was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very very much..... Highly recommended for a longer stay in San Vito lo Capo.
This hotel was really good value for money. We did not use the pool as it was a transit stop for us but we are really happy we picked it. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were both helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had much more variety than we expected and included hot tea. We had a car so access to the beaches was easy.
This hotel was beautiful, and wonderfully managed. The location exceeded my expectations as did the Staff. The breakfast was very nice. The staff referenced us to a wonderful dinner location, and we were not disappointed. I wish we would have stayed with them longer!
Whole hotel was spotless. All the ladies who worked there were constantly cleaning and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The location of this property couldn’t be beat, steps to everything but quiet at night. Can’t wait to come back!
The Hotel is practically on the beach, for a small fee You have Your own sunbeds and umbrella. Breakfast was quite OK. Dinners a little expensive (You find a better restaurant in the town, for the same price). Furniture a little older.
Really helpful and friendly staff. Great location, very close to beach. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Carpark is a few minutes drive from the hotel but there is a free shuttle to and from the hotel so was very convenient.
Great hotel with great amenities near the beach. The jacuzzi was a very nice touch, hanging out there with a nice view of the monte monaco. The owner very friendly, good breakfast. Would definitely come again
Hotel staff was helpful and welcoming. Not on the beach but an easy walk. Ordered our umbrella for us and had towels for beach use.
Very clean, good breakfast on the outside deck.
Would stay there again.
Absolutely beautiful. The view from the terrace is amazing. Feels secluded but also easy access to San Vito lo Capo. The breakfast was also delicious. Would totally stay here again!
Good value - clean, decent sized room for 3 people. Good breakfast. Convenient, private parking area very close to hotel for a small fee. Easy to walk to beach and restaurants.
this property has everything on it, you don’t need anything else. the apartment was very clean, everything was new, in the center of the town and 100 feet from the beach.
The hotel has been renewed recently. Bathrooms very elegant. Mrs Silvia was exceptionally kind to accommodate all my requests and left an outstanding impression.
