It's just a great place geographically. The house and garden also look quite beautiful. The house has a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It was easy enough to get there, google maps lead exactly where you need to go. The road and parking spaces were also easy to get to. In general, it seems that the owners of this house have the right idea of what a rental property should look like. But it's all about the executors and other nuances, which will be discussed below....
P.P.S. Well, I think the 7 star rating was fair enough and I didn't change it even after the attempted manipulation by the landlord. But today I received a private message saying that I got a small apartment because I wanted to save money (I think it means my indignation that there were less beds than indicated) and this is nonsense, because the website says that the room is suitable for four people and there was no question of saving money. But the funniest thing is that they wrote me that they are sorry that they have to take people like me in such a beautiful place. I am now writing this addendum to the review and the insults keep coming to my phone, which of course I save in order to attach it to the complaint.

My previous review was incorrect.
My previous review was incorrect. The house had AC but I didn't find or use it, that's why I wrote about a lot of traffic noise at night.
Apologise for the misunderstanding and negative feedback.

A beautiful place to relax, visit wineries, enjoy exceptionally good restaurants and do sightseeing in the near and far surroundings. Near is Lake Garda and Verona and all the old small beautiful villages like San Georgio di Valpolicella. We went as far as Venezia on a day trip (a bit more than an hour by car).

If you are looking for a pleasant vacation stay close to Lake Garda (15 min. by car), check this out. This little rebuilt farmhouse was absolutely amazing. Every detail of this 6 bedroom hotel was close to perfection, including its' cleanliness and comfort. Most of what made our vacation stay enjoyable was our endearing host Jessica. Besides being professional in every manner, it was her charming personality and overall concern for her guests that deserve rewarding her with a compliment. Thank you Jessica, you are truly one of a kind!
A great place for a quiet holiday in the historical territory of the winery of the descendants of Dante! We were delighted with the views, nature, the premises and the apartment itself, where there is everything necessary for life. Silence, peace, fresh air! The staff is excellent and really enjoyed the agro tour in this complex. I strongly advise you to visit, especially during the day you can go and feel the splendor and harmony of Verona! I wish the owners and staff of the hotel prospects, love, positivity and great luck!
Everything was great. At the beginning, warm welcome by Nadia and Thomas😍They are very nice people.Room was very clean and breakfast was quite well.Thomas informed us about the places that we would like to see and provided a detailed map.The position of the hotel is very good and very close to Veronna, also 1 hour 40 min to Bologna,40 min to Sirmione(Lake Garda).Next time,we absolutely select this hotel again and strongly suggest to everyone.
Best stay on our tour in Italy. Very nice staff (owner-managed hotel), stunning views, good breakfast, gorgeous infinity pool. No problem with the dog. We extended our stay for 1 Night just after being there 30 Minutes. Wine of own production on every room. There are tons of vineyards to visit each just 10 Minutes away. We can also recommend the „Masi Wine Experience“ nearby.
Very nice hotel with big and clean rooms. The girls working at the hotel were so nice and helpful, and really wanted us to have the best time there. Offered good breakfast with freshly made eggs. We rented mountainbikes for free which is a nice way to experience the valleys. Would definitly come back when going to Valpolicella the next time.
Everything is great. The view , the host, the swimming pool, the breakfast and the surroundings are amazing. It’s close to Bardolino.
