The hotel is great! It’s really a gem for a stay in the vicinities. Very modern (like those from big chains), spotless clean and very comfortable. Large bathroom with an amazing shower. Breakfast was very, VERY good, croissants as good as the ones I tasted in France. Staff was more than friendly.

I don't know from where to start but I will enumerate a couple of things:
- They are very nice people who help you with everything (Giovanni, the owner helped me with 2 important things - first he called and arranged with a pediatrician to consult my daughter and second he called the rental company and he was able to make them change my car) ;
- We received in 2 consecutive evening some Sicily specialties (so delicious!)
- We could eat mulberries directly from the tree;
- There are some children toys;
- I received some suggestions of restaurants or places to visit;

The host, Giusy, was amazing! We were walking from Caccamo and then on to Polizzi Generoso. Along the way from Caccamo a dog started walking with us. Normally you'd expect such a dog to at some point decide to go home by itself - not this dog! He stayed with us for the whole walk from Caccamo. When we arrived at the accomodation with a surprise dog Giusy was amazing. She used her connections in Facebook to find the dog's owners. Within 3 hours the owners arrived to pick up the dog to take him home. In the meantime the dog was allowed into the accomadation to rest, and when Giusy arrived to tell us the owners had been found she brought some food for him. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

The room had all that you could need, was easily accessible and very close to the city centre of Cerda. For us it was a stop on the way between Cefalu and Palermo. Our host Francesco was extremely accommodating and patient with us and again we thank him for going out of his way to make our stay a good one. We were very well taken care of despite our short time in the area.
