A really lovely little place - we would stay there again. The location was perfect for what we wanted - 10mins (or less) walk to Campo de Fiori, Pantheon and Piazza Navona and only a few minutes further to cross over the Tiber to Trastavere where the best restaurants are. It took us about 35 mins to walk to the Colosseum but that was not a problem for us. You can walk to the Campidoglio, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps easily. A lovely location to explore the back streets in and around Via del Corso. There is breakfast in the restaurant downstairs which does excellent strong coffee. We had not booked breakfast ahead of time so that we had the flexibility to wander around cafes in the morning but on a couple of days we just went down and added it to our stay. We were met by helpful staff who gave us a map and showed us the best places to get views over the city and get off the beaten path. The room was clean with a quiet A/C unit. There is a lift if you have heavy luggage. Nice and quick to get to from the station (a cab cost us 12 euros)
We liked our stay in the hotel. Staff is very nice.
The breakfast was nice however I was looking also for a warm options for ex scrambled eggs etc. There is no kitchen to prepare breakfast therefore, all the products are bought not home made.
Bus stop (904) is just in front of the hotel. All rooms are cleaned, towels are changed, trash taken every day. When we needed to change sheets, there was no problem.
You can buy bus/metro tickets in the reception.
I was there for 2 days. But 1 day inbetween on another location for a wedding. So I got 2 different rooms in these 2 days. The first was a bigger one, on the side of the highway. Not bad for me, because I can sleep in every situation. The second room was a bit smaller, with a view on a wall. Not a problem to me, because you only sleep in a hotel room. I like the old style of the rooms.

Excellent public transport, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Within an hour in downtown Rome.
Excellent restaurant 100 meters from the hotel. I can only recommend.
