Everything was new and clean. Very friendly staff. Quiet area. The parking is just in front of the building and there were always free slots. The bathroom was huge and clean. Very good coffee and machine for making Cappuccino. The closes beach is just 15min drive from the property.

The place is unique and far away from the tourism you may not seek! For one night it was pretty good (we did not stay more than one night at most places during our stay in Sardinia)- the room is not very big, but offers a fridge, nice bathroom and balcony with a great view. Staff was friendly although sometimes difficult to interact and specify wishes or questions.

It's a very comfortable place. I had a cute room in the beautiful garden with an amazing view. I liked especially the woman who welcomed me. Very kind, helpfull and empathic lady, always with a smile. The bed was the most comfortable one during my stay in Sardinia. The breakfast was very good, not only sweets for breakfast ;) . Claudia and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing us with all the info and tips about what to visit according to our itinerary.
