Excellent timely shuttle, separated bedroom. Nice breakfast, espresso machine with milk, alcohol for purchase in room, comfy sofa, restaurant around the corner “Samarkanda” open until 10:45, quiet, immaculately clean. Elena is extremely responsive and kind. Church bells start at seven and every half hour thereafter so be ready to get up! Malpensa flights ended around 1AM and seemed to start up around seven, so bring earplugs. Master bedroom mattress decent but single bed mattress not so much. Bathroom clean and cute. Overall nice design!

The location is great for an overnight stay near Malpensa airport. We got a ride with the hosts from Malpensa to Margenta and back to the airport the following morning (we continued to Genova by train).
Margenta is a small apartment, kitchen and breakfast table downstairs, bed and bathroom up the stairs. Very comfortable and peaceful location. Of course there´s some airplane noise but it´s not bad. The apartment seems to be recently renovated.
We walked to the Desiree restaurant (we were also offered a ride there but needed the exercise) that the hosts also own. Really good basic Italian food, nice atmosphere.
Breakfast was quite good but had many sweet things that we don´t eat (pastries, croissants etc.). Fortunately also cereal and yoghurt, bread and cheese.
We´ll go again if we need an overnight stay.

We had a wonderful lunch at Bar Enoteca. The owners could not have been nicer, and although they spoke little English, we communicated well. The wife made us wonderful sandwiches and her husband pulled out a map of Italy and was telling us about local wines. They were delightful! I'm sure it is a nice place for someone that likes peace, nature, woods, etc, as this place was in the middle of nowhere in from of a dam. Unfortunately, I needed convenience, and expeditions service as I only need to relax for the night before heading to the airport at 5:00 AM. It is a small town next to the Malpensa Airport (the main Milan airport). This place is suitable for flights connections, not really a touristic place to visit unless you are crossing the alps (Switzerland) and you need to stop one night to take a break.

Trip to the hotel from the airport was a maze through many streets. Glad I wasn’t driving it! People at Tre Leoni were outstanding! The ristorante had delicious food! Mathilda and Ricardo were wonderful to work with!

This was a beautiful last night in Italy.
This was a beautiful last night in Italy. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived and the very accommodating reception staff offered us beverages and gelato while we waited for a brief time. Staff was exceptionally friendly and was graciously patient with our basic Italian. The location was quiet, relaxing, and authentic (not the least bit touristy). Dinner was the best meal we had in Italy; mozzarella made on the premises from their own cow's milk, vegetables from their garden, steak from cows they had raised. Contrary to other reviews I have read, the prices were unbelievably fair for the quality of the food presented and compared with prices in the city. The accommodations were simple but comfortable. The free shuttle to Malpensa was prompt and efficient. It took less than fifteen minutes to get there.
