The rooms and the property itself are impressive, the room we stayed in was designed with every detail in mind. We had a coffee machine and local cookies, which tasted brilliant. There is a little terrace with a seating area very cosy in the evening. The property is located in a middle of a little town real feel of Italy, there is a good commuting location. The property is not far from the Serravalle design outlet where we went. The host was brilliant, we felt very welcome, and she told us so much about the local area and the best places to go.

Not our first time here because location is ideal for us. The bed was super comfortable (I slept the whole night, very rare for me) and breakfast was superb.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. One really friendly staff explained to us it is perfectly OK to drink a cappuccino with a small sweet pastry in the afternoon but definitely not with a croissant....hahaha
Room was quiet and clean (thank you for allocating the quiet room)- Had a good sleep.
