The villa has great views of the surrounding hills and wineyards. The staff that we could find was very helpful. We have a baby and were in need of a kettle or a water heater of some sort (which we thought would be available in the room, as in most standard hotel rooms). There was none in the room and the staff brought us a coffee machine that we could use to have hot water.
