Luca the owner is really friendly and he met us with a smile despite our very late arrival. The house is clean and warm (we stayed in winter). It was great to get a nice warm welcome after a very long drive. Also he welcomes pets. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful place! Beautiful villa! courteous staff! But if you go to Serravalle outlet, you need to rent a car. Because it’s real problem to take a taxi in this area.

My experience at the hotel was wonderful! The reception was outstanding, and the rooms featured a simple yet comfortable rustic decor. Sitting outside amidst nature and listening to the birdsong was especially relaxing.
The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast had everything you could wish for.
