We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was not only charming and adorable, but it also boasted a breathtaking view that left us in awe. Despite the weather preventing us from enjoying the pool, we still found it to be a delightful feature of the property.
The kitchen was just the right size for two people and was equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Whenever we had questions, the hosts were readily available and incredibly friendly and hospitable. Their warmth made us feel right at home.
It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and in the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding in the beautifully decorated garden, illuminated by charming string lights. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice little town with a couple of places to eat, local shops with very friendly residents. Transport needed from Tramonti to explore the wider area, as Tramonti itself is quite remote (15 minutes drive from nearest coast at Maiori).

You take your life into your own hands driving on roads around Tramonti and the Amalfi Coast
It is like the wild west
Cars and bikes constantly tailgate you and roar past at first opportunity
Other vehicles coming towards you drive in the middle of the road
It is a miracle that we returned our hire car with no damage

Wonderful place in a peaceful location surrounded by lemon groves. Marika and her brothers who run the place are super friendly and eager to please their guests. Made us feel right at home. The room is basic but comfy and offers great views. Loved the balcony area where you can sit and just stare at the view for hours. Breakfast was great and really enjoyed the lemon grove tour that Marika gave us before our departure. Would definitely come back if in the area.

Easy to reach the coast from here, good if you are on a budget but still be close to the Amalfi coast, good for food options in order to avoid the touristic traps of the well known coastal towns, a bit secluded if you don't like driving on mountains roads, I suggest to get accommodation with parking included as it's very difficult to find a spot even in a small mountain town.

Tramonti is a bit far from the coast but the weather is amazing when you compare it with the coast. Nature and fresh air are fascinating. You are having an amazing drive while you try to reach the town if you come from the Napoli side.
Just imagine to be away from the tourist crowds of the coast or the Napoli area (which, by the way are wonderful too and easy to visit), imagine having breakfast or lunch on a balcony overlooking beautifully kept vegetable gardens, lemon trees and grape vine. For sound just a dog bark once in a while. And if you wish to have the most wonderful dinner in a garden full of rose bushes, just step outside and in a few meters you’ll find the Il Tintore. That’s the scene in the village of the setting sun, in Tramonti. Just wonderful!
If you want to experience living in an authentic italian place, this is the surrounding you need to go:the apartment s located in a big house,in a mountain village up on a hillside of Tramonti. Every morning we went down the narrow streets to have an expresso at the Sprint Cafe, together with the locals. We had a wonderful dinner at the local Il Tintore restaurant. Above all,we had Moreno, the owner, who was a carrying super host,,giving us tips and useful advices during our stay.
Lovely, newly renovated and spacious apartment in a quiet mountain village. You get there via windy, narrow roads (with Italian drivers) and amazizng views on the Napoli Bay and valley of Tramonti. Little facilities close by except for a wonderful family restaurant on waling distances and good pizza/pasta places a few min drive away. The apartment comes with it's own parking not trivial on the Sorrento peninsula. Wonderful and helpful hosts
Pascal was great and thoughtful. He contacted us before our arrival to check if we needed anything.
We self checked-in, after parking in our private and comfortable spot. Pascal recommended a few restaurants from his local experience and it turned out to be fantastic 😍.
Tramonti is wonderful with a lot of vines and wineries but it is not near the amalfi shore.
In general, great value for money.
Thanks for everything!
Tramonti is a very cool place to visit. Over a dozen little villages dotting the hillsides here and there make up this town, and all are surrounded by lemon trees growing on carved out precipices and mini valleys.
The house we stayed belonged to our hosts’ parents and felt like an old Italian farmhouse. A winding ten minutes by car - all downhill - Maiori beach (free) waits for you on the Amalfi coast!
I had a great stay in this hotel! The room was perfect, the breakfast all'italiano was amazing and the owners is great! Giovanna looked very smart to take care customers, so nice.. Every question asked was answerd in a great way, nothing was to much. Very nice atmosphere. im really enjoyed my stay, next time when we come to Costiera Amalfitana we know where we are staying!
Great place as a base to explore the area including amalfi coast. Close by all highlights but located in the quiet tramonti hills. We loved the beautiful green mountain view from the house, breakfast on the terrace and the friendly hosts. Room spacious and very clean. Recommended and would book again if we return to the area.
The house is located on a remote village on the Tramonti mountains which offer a great climate for summer vacations. The owners were very friendly and it is a pity that we couldn't interact with them more due to the language barrier (they don't speak English). Great breakfast! The place has its own Parking space!
Antonio is a super a super host! He will go above and beyond to help you with anything you may need. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is served every morning with fresh brioches and cakes. Parking is available close to the location.
I will for sure come back next time I will be in the Costiera!
Great time and amazing (echt lekker!) food! Hotel is located in such a wonderful and peaceful area. We did not need to search for any restaurants as for every dinner we would stay at the hotel’s restaurant for delicious food and wine! The most friendly host made every dinner so special for us!
Had a lovely stay in the beautiful Tramonti area. Maria and her husband are amazing hosts. I got welcomed with a nice shot of homemade limoncello and got a lot of tips for things to do in the area. Also got some lemons from the garden as a gift for the way home. Definitely would recommend!
We had a very nice stay in Tramonti, at Farfalle E Gabbiani. The place has a beautiful garden one can enjoy, the breakfast was rich and tasty and the cherry on top of the cake was, of course, Antonio (the host). Totally recommend it! Would love to return.
Absolutely beautiful location up the mountain from Tramonti. Rooms were clean and the owners son met us to take our luggage up to the room. The terrace area was nice and you could have a picnic out there over looking the vineyards. Great views!
I absolutely loved everything. The hosts made the trip extra special. They helped me so much even gave me rides to where I needed to go. The breakfast was fenominal. If I ever go back to Tramonti I would definitely stay at this property again.
The hotel is in a beautiful house, built in 1815 with lovely views of the mountains and national park and down the mountains to the sea. The staff were extremely hospitable and served an amazing breakfast on the terrace each morning.
Our host, Luisa was awesome. She was helpful, kind and friendly. She knows everything about the region and the everyday life of the Amalfi Coast so she can always give advice. She is a great person who is the soul of the hotel.
The hotel is nice and small, feels like a family cute business
The room was very clean and had everything we needed
The staff is so kind and helpful
The location is beautiful, between the mountains with a great view
