Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!! The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute. I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice. Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

Excellent welcoming. I am a cleaning maniac and I can tell you : it was extremely clean ! A nice smell when you get inside, a plenty of natural light, calm neighborhood, nice view from the balcony, we had everything we needed, plenty of towel for each one of us, air conditioning, netflix, amazon, fast internet, equipped kitchen, iron with ironing table, free parking always available even when you get back late at night. Cafe 500m away. Bakery 750m away. Really close to the highway. The owner waited for us when we had +1 hour delay because our flight was delayed. He was very welcoming, took time to explain to us everything in details. He also took care of leaving us little gift for the next morning’s breakfast since we arrived late at night. It’s really rare that I find no negative point but I can you tell you this apartment was PERFECT ! We felt so comfortable enjoyed our staying there.
