I liked the location, close to the metro station and easy to reach, right next to a very good bakery. I liked the fact that the reception is 24 hours and the receptionist is very polite, friendly and useful.

There is no central heating it’s so cold yes it’s April but it’s raining and cold
Reception told me to get a blanket . We are in our late 70s to cold for us , they should have told us there was no heating in the rooms so not fare

Firstly the location of the hotel is great. It’s a straight ride into Milan so highly recommend it in terms of access into the city centre and the tram is outside so the commute is good.
The interior is the hotel is absolutely amazing, it’s sleek design and pop culture theme hits the spot and lots of really swanky finishes, so expect some different but very cool and hats off to the design team that pulled this off.
Drinks and dining in the hotel is a pleasures and with the roof top restaurant over looking Milan and the Italian alps it’s epic.
The staff at the hotel offer high end service and I have to say I shall certainly be back to this hotel, the whole experience has being great and I would give this hotel a 5 star rating.
