Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good value for the money. Also, having the parking (paid) at the front door was a bonus.

The location is super central - you can walk everywhere. No need to have a car but if you do there's some parking and although my car was too large for the tiny old streets, I was able to leave it in the local piazza.
I am a solo female traveller and I felt very safe.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Italy. Located outside Viterbo in beautiful area. The structure is dated, but in good condition. There is a nice pool and very good restorant. The room was spacious and we had a big terace.

What a jewel of a place.
What a jewel of a place. We had wanted to come here for some time. Such magnificent buildings and interesting architecture. Very good and reasonably priced restaurants. We ate at L'Archetto, Cuatro Stagione, Tre Re.

a quaint town that seems to have frozen in time. it is a lovely but slow paced place and the roads are really tiny to the point where driving is large car is not recommended. people are friendly and there are a lot of teen agers and university students. you can find cute shops and lovely dining options. unfortunately, i didn't get to tour the town but i heard that there are interesting places to visit.

It's an historic walled city with lovely tiny streets to wander around. The history of the Etruscans is very interesting.
I found a small trattoria and ate very well for 20 Euro - so I went there the next day.

Viterbo has a very large historic area, quite a lot of which is either pedestrianised or restricted to local traffic. It has a lot of parking areas outside the historic area, and there are elevators from two of them to the edge of the centre. It is not only an interesting place to walk around, but the countryside around is well worth investigating.

We found Viterbo to be an underrated gem of a town.
We found Viterbo to be an underrated gem of a town. It was a university town which meant it provided a youthful population, with lots of eating options and price points. The medieval center of town was amazingly beautiful, and the locals were very friendly. It is easy to access nearby sites from this city, while still being close to Rome. We loved it and while it was not a city we planned to visit, we are so glad we did.
Beyond our expectations! The home is out of LIFE magazine, elegantly decorated, comfortable and spotless. An incredible breakfast outdoors, each client is served homemade products that are the best we've ever had, and we travel A LOT. The host waited for our late arrival due to work complications, so thoughtful and kind. We highly recommend staying at this home and visiting the surroundings, Viterbo and Bagnoregio. We will go back for sure!
We enjoyed very much our stay at PALAZZO ALESSANDRINI. The room is nice and spotless clean. The breakfast is served in a very nice dining room and Daniele, the owner, will make Italian coffee for you; he's a great host! The guest house is located in the center of the historic city of Viterbo; a nice medieval neighbourhood, Piazza S. Pellegrino, is in close proximity. A free parking is just 5 minutes walk from the guest house.
It was a charming place in the middle of medival row. The host was beyond amazing and accomodating.. the bed was super comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was relaxing. Breakfast was served in suite with homemade Marmalade. I can't rave enough about this place. A visit to Viterbo is incomplete without the experience of a stay at Papi Boutique.
liked everything very much. The apartments are very clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very friendly. The villa is located near three springs, two free springs and one SpaTepno dei Pape. The city of Viterbo is very old and beautiful. I recommend visiting these places and this
The price was amazing. Simona was lovely and waited around for us to arrive so we check in. She helped with parking and plenty of restaurant recommendations. There is a great bar very close by called Caffe Amaris which was a great end to a long evening out in Viterbo as we drank many wine with the owner.
The Alloggio is covered in old world charm and is wrapped up in super friendly service. The owner went out of her way to help me out and was incredibly generous. The wifi was good and the room had all the conveniences I wanted for a great rate. A must go to place located in beautiful Viterbo
Lovely property, comfy room and bed, amazing breakfast on site in the morning. Check in was easy and the host helped us with reservations for dinner-- we had a delicious pasta and pizza dinner for our last night in Italy among locals. It was a memorable stay... we highly recommend this b&b!
The B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all that makes Viterbo enjoyable. It is a beautiful facility, cared for lovingly, and a delight to be in. The owner is friendly, very helpful and always available. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Apartment in the centre of Viterbo, you can walk from train station.
Alessandro is the perfect host, great communication. The Apartment is on the first floor one flight of stairs, very clean, perfect for a couple.
Would highly recommend it.
Fabulous location in the medieval section of Viterbo’s historic center. A short walk to free parking just outside of the walls. The B&B retains the medieval structure with modern updates -facilities.
Very convincente if you are visiting Viterbo province by car. Parking facilities are good and the accessibility is excellent being close to the old city walls. The room was simple but very spacious.
The host, Stefano, with his guidance and suggestions, the self-service breakfast ingredients, the apartment and its appointments, not least the location in the medieval 'borgo' of historic Viterbo.
Anyone who wants to relax.
This is the most suitable place.
The thermal water is wonderful and relaxing.
The service at the hotel is above and beyond!!
